Roshin Yuukai (Meltdown) will forever be my favorite Rin song, not only for being a classic but for the whole piece, music, PV, meaning. It's a masterpiece in itself.
Other close ones would be Tengaku (Song of Heavens), Endroll A, Gothic and Loneliness; and Kindan Shoujo +A (Prohibited Girl +A).

For Len... Huh, hard to say to be honest, but Kyou Asatte Itsudatte (Today, Tomorrow, Sometime) comes to mind right away, followed by Mr. Android, Noise Canceller, Paradichlorobenzene and Gomibako (Trash Bin). A more recent one I keep coming back to is also 404_not found.

Then when you're talking about a duet, we have Neru classics such as Re-Education, his more recent one Cynicism, the very old Ningen Shikaku (Human Failure); the Jesus-P ones Death Should Not Have Taken Thee, Positive-Club vs Negative-Club, KSGR Punishment of Hell; Nayuta no Kanata Made for a more rocky catch...

It's honestly, very hard to pick just one for each category as there are countless styles of music when it comes to vocaloid and I have just as ample as of a taste (though it leans towards rock and metal a lot as you can see >3<)

Anyways! Always happy to find another Vocaloid fan in the most unexpected places +O+

neru is soo good at tuning the kagamines, there's not a song i dont enjoy! of course there's always the lovely classics like lost one's weeping, tokyo teddy bear, abstract nonsense, etc
i definitely agree with your list of kagamine rin songs. her voice is amazing and i'll always hold a love for her and len ^_^

Rin looks adorable! I love Electric Angel, Butterfly on Your Right Shoulder, and Remote Control. Len is probably my favorite of the twins, but I do love Rin's bows.
