She exclaims as the two pokemon stand at her side. "Lavender, Thundershock on the grunt! Dakota,lets go with an ember attack!!" The two glance at each other before nodding and attack the grunt at the same time, being careful not to hurt Emolga

the grunt scoffs, still holding onto
emolga before sending out her
two pokemon.

she sends out spearow and caterpie.

"Spearow, use peck on chimchar!"
she commands, and the spearow does,
lowering chimchars hp.

"Now caterpie! Use tackle on mareep!"
she commands, and mareep dodges the
attack.

Bonni watched in awe as the blue and red Pokemon worked with her own Pokemon to remove the obstacle in their path. It made it look easy!

Once Bonni shook herself of her thoughts, she took a look at her Pokedex. Zamazenta...that was the legendary guardian-shield Pokemon from the Galar region!

"Zamazenta!" Bonni nodded to the shield Pokemon. "Thanks for your help, we'd be stuck without you." Higgs seemed very grateful; he was jumping up and down excitedly while waving the map around. Skadi was sitting, but wagging her tails and yipping happily. Bonni thought a moment, then tossed Zamazenta a pokepuff. She figured it was the least she could do.

on that necklace is a pendant...

it looks like an everstone.

then it does the same to vulpix, and
grants a necklace around vulpix's
neck, this time..a more icy and cold
stone appears.

Zamazenta finally turns to you,
walking over to allow you to
pet the legendary pokemon, before
turning, and heading back into the
wilderness.

Alastair said as he pressed the button on the Pokeball that he caught his newest team member in to let him out of the Pokeball. The other Pokemon on the team instantly greeted and welcomed their newest team member, which made Alastair quite happy that they approved. As the Pokemon conversed with one another, Alastair thought of what to do now. His journey had only begun a short time ago and he already had several amazing Pokemon on his team. In fact, he had five spots filled in his party. He knew there was one spot left and wanted to wait. He wanted that spot reserved for something special.

"Alright everybody. I've decided that instead of walking around with the intent to battle, we shall make something of our adventure and just go along. Have some fun, meet some wonderful people and Pokemon. But no worries, we will still battle some wild Pokemon. But we also need some experience in trainer battles!" Alastair told his Pokemon. "Let's move on. We shall let the path guide us to well... Wherever!"

They let you decide who to send out and
decide to let you have the first move.

nurse joy immediately sees the issue,
and she takes murkrow from your arms
carefully.

charmander doesn't want to leave its
new friend alone, so he follows the
two into the back room.

after a few minutes, nurse joy returns
with murkrow in her arms with a
bandaged wing.

then, she hands you two potions.

"You're lucky you got here on time,
murkrow was badly injured. I've given
you two potions so if you're far from
a pokecenter you can help the pokemon
heal up until you get here"

caterpies move fails and doesn't affect
mareep.
