Personality: Aderyn can be summed up in four words: intelligent, loyal, cheerful, and ambitious. She understands that knowledge is power. She is willing to put hours into her studies making sure she can learn everything she can. She also has a habit of going off on her own personal studies on a topic she finds interesting that has nothing to do with the school’s curriculum. She may be selective to who she is loyal to, but once she deems someone worthy it is near impossible to break that trust. She is also very protective of those in her House. While it may be several years since the War, people still think badly of Slytherins. She is perfectly fine if people give her grief, but if someone from her house is attacked especially if it’s one of the younger years she will raise hell. For the most part Aderyn is a happy-go-lucky kind of person. She is kind to all Houses and always seems to have a smile or a witty joke on her tongue.

History: Aderyn Maddux is a half-blood witch who was born in Wales and lived there until she was five. Her family proceeded to move all around the world as she grew up due to her father who was a wandmaker and traveled the world looking for the best woods and cores. Aderyn loved her travels, experiencing all the different cultures and exploring all the different magical communities. When she was elven, her mother insisted that they move back to wales so that Aderyn can go to Hogwarts. When she got her letter from Hogwarts, Aderyn was very excited to learn more about Transfiguation as well as Ancient Runes. Her family was surprised that she was sorted into Slytherin instead of Ravenclaw like her father.
