Political opinions, eh? As if he knew anything about politics, or treason, or even royal murders. Oh, sure, the “killed in cold blood” thing made it all interesting, but it wasn’t like ANY of the people in power were ever actually good at leading the country.

It wasn’t like they knew or cared about the needs of people like him.

He fixed his big, round eyes on Alex.
“I want to ask the Queen some things. When I meet her.”

Roxy brushed pass the girl, continuing on towards the inn. She had no idea where the refugees went, and even if she did she wouldn't have said. Only one kind of person looked for people fleeing the law, and she wasn't really in the mood to aid them. Obviously this bounty hunter didn't know who she was, or she'd be trying to bring her in as well, and she wasn't about to tell her. "Talk to Albert if you want a place to stay," she said gruffly. "I don't need a 'pal'. You want to find them, go start looking."

Vitali shook his head a little, in disbelief. He still couldn't quite believe that all that had happened... the Queen fleeing... the new king... so many people had died. And surely, if the queen hadn't been seen since she fled, and there were no reports, then they didn't exactly have much of a lead? However, despite his doubts, Vitali wasn't going lose his determination or confidence.

He glanced towards Issac as he spoke. "I am serious. Extremely." Vitali replied, sincerely, and then he smiled very slightly at the offer to join the group. "... And I would like that a lot. Thank you. I'm sure I will be of use." he added. After all, he'd helped them earlier, he was sure to be able to help them some more. And if not, then he was going to make sure that he could.

Vitali looked up when a hawk swooped down, and turned into a human, and his eyes widened a little, as if ready and about to prepare to fight, just in case. However, as the others weren't concerned, he backed down quite quickly. "Hello. My name is Vitali." he introduced himself to Jet - the hawk man - and he raised an eyebrow. He'd wondered if Jet was blind... but he'd mentioned seeing them from above. How curious...

His attention glanced towards the kid, Ceph, who seemed to be very excited about this entire situation. As if it was some sort of action movie or something. Vitali shook his head a little again, then he turned towards the rest of the group, and just listened to them quietly. He did not care who was on the throne... as long as the current king was gone and he would be safe.
Eventually, he spoke up, "So. What is our next move?"

Alexandria (Alex) Agipole - Female - Fire/Portals - Tags: Vitali, Cephas.
Alex gives a small grateful smile between Ceph and Vitali. “For now.” She says “we need to sleep. If we’re going to the Cypress Kingdom we have a long ride ahead of us. But there’s still probably a guard there... we should wait just a few more minutes before heading back. So... what are your abilities?” She asks.

Jet nods in Vitali’s general direction when he introduces himself. “Nice to meet ‘cha.” He says cheerfully. “Glad you’ll both be joining us. We need the help.” At this point he’s caught his breath again. Which is good.

"Good to meet you as well." Vitali replied to Jet, with a slight nod, though he wasn't entirely sure whether or not he was sincere about being glad that he and the kid were joining them. After all, in hindsight, he realised it would be more people feed, more people to keep an eye on, and more people to find a place to stay. Perhaps, he decided, he would have to split off from them if it turned out that there were too many.

Anyway, he turned towards Alex when she answered his question. "Yes... waiting would probably be best." Vitali replied, although he did hope that they didn't wait for too long. He didn't want to end up getting an episode of narcolepsy taking over him. He did also answer the question asked by Alex. "I have Lunar Magic. I can draw power from the moon and form attacks or a shield... sometimes heal." he explained. "I can also phase through most things, but that... triggers my narcolepsy immediately afterwards." he added. Then, he shrugged rather nonchalantly, and asked, "How about the rest of you?"

“Narco-whatnow?” He muttered under his breath. Well, what he had seen of the lunar powers were COOL.

When all eyes turned on him, Cephas perked up and plunged his hand into his bag. Pebbles and stones rolled along his shoulders, up over his head, circling his extended arm, and formed a rock tentacle pointing up, hanging down, or inching along him like a worm.

“Stuff that touches me, can be like my own body.”

He juggled the rocks with dazzling proficiency, throwing them very high and catching them on the tip of his nose without breaking it. His eyes pierced his monochrome persona, glowing with bright, royal purple.

“I can also....

put a copy of my soul....

into anything I want...

but that......

sucks.”

With these words he finished his display, returning the rocks to his bag.

“So please don’t make me do it please pretty please.”

Issac nods. “Those are impressive abilities Vitali.” He muses. Alex adds “yeah. Types phasing are pretty rare.”
Jet hums. “No wonder I couldn’t see it.” He murmurs to himself.

At Cephas’s soft mispronunciation of the word, Obinni giggles. Putting a hand to her mouth. “Narcolepsy.” She repeats more clearly. “Means he randomly falls asleep. Or falls asleep standing.” She explains. The attention was then on Cephas, and his demonstration. Although Jet looked confused as all get out. “Woah... that’s really cool!” Obinni says softly gasping. She reaches out to gingerly poke the rock string when it makes a tentacle.

Issac nods. “Pretty cool.” He looks like he wants to ask questions but refrains. Instead also answering Alex’s question. “I can create and manipulate Ice and snow. That’s my primary.” His eyes briefly flicker lavender and a small mist of snow comes from his hand and swirls around him before disappearing. “I also have future sight. I can look at any point in any possible future and see what’s happening in it, as well as how likely it is. But it glitches on me if I use it too long.”

Alex hums. “And I’m pretty much his polar opposite. I can create and manipulate fire. As well as raise someone’s body temperature by touching them. And you already know my secondary. I can make portals. Though it makes me pretty dizzy sometimes.”

Obonni straightens her back and proudly announces “And I can heal people. And animals, but I mostly people. I can also see their... their insides while I’m healing them. My ability's kind of hurt though... I’ve had to use it a lot. My secondary is.. I can lift things with my mind.” Her eyes grow wide with excitement at her statement. “It makes my head hurt but it’s really cool.”

He tried to be polite and pay attention to everyone’s powers, but couldn’t help being excited over Isaac’s power. He ran up to him, right in his face.

“Quick. What am I gonna say in three seconds?”

Issac blinks in total confusion. But almost instinctually reacting to the request, his eyes start to glow pink. His face sours at the phrase Cephas is going to say. But really there’s only two outcomes, if he replies honestly, or lies. “Uh.. Pickles... Repeated.” He murmurs. Still a confused guarded tone in his voice. His eyes stop glowing.
