Hey, I looked into news article about where you can find them. It shows it on Amazon Japan.

Oh cool, thanks!

The pouch is sold out though? I’m on a phone because my laptop was misplaced and it doesn’t have an auto translater.

I really want that pouch. I hope they either go back in stock or are sold in the US. >_<

I also like the switch lite case but if they don’t release an animal crossing special edition I might put off getting a lite since I own the original switch.

Eee, so I was able to preorder the pouch and stand through play-asia. It could take a while to get here once it releases though since it’s an import.

I also bought a couple of these cute small game cases (they only hold two carts each though)

They’re perfect for a animal crossing letter gift I’ve been wanting to send my friends who are also into it. I’m going to put them in handmade bell bags with a few other handmade goodies. :)

That's so adorable! I'll definitely apply when I have a moment of spare time :)

The lite is missing a few features from the original. The most obvious being it doesn’t connect to the tv. There was a few others involving the joy cons but I only remember they don’t detach.

I only briefly held a switch lite when I was setting it up for my niece but it felt better to hold than the original. The original switch can be uncomfortable to hold after an extended time, it makes my wrists sore. I’m not sure if the lite has the same issues but it’s not as heavy.

Visually I’m not sure since I have incredibly poor eyesight. I do know the original has slightly better visuals when docked.

If you decide to get a lite I’d wait a bit longer to see if they announce an AC themed one next month.

^ You're welcome! I highly recommend saving up for a hard case to keep it in. 20$ is nothing to protect a 200$ console imo.

Also It’s probably not as essential for the lite because you’re not putting it in and out of a doc but if you ever want to get a screen protecter, I recommend amFilm premium tempered glass. It’s only 8$ for a pack of 3 and it’s what me and my boyfriend use for our original.
