a fire befell the frasers of lovat when darcy was 14 years old. unable to save his parents, darcy grabbed his little sister & carried her through the fiery house. though managing to get out with lizzie unfortunately he gained a third degree burn along the top half of the right side of his face. he saved his sister from the flames however she had already died from smoke inhalation & ever since, darcy has closed himself off to everyone & everything becoming bitter. the hair on the right side of his face is longer than the rest so as to cover up his "hideous" burns. darcy fraser is now the current laird fraser of lovat & needs someone with a patient, gentle & loving heart/soul who can help this broken-hearted laird remember what real love is.
