The white and black she-cat eagerly soaked up all the information the older tom was giving her. It was true that she hoped she could join in the gathering but Silvertail's words only made that desire grow. If Silvertail said the Shoreclan cats were interesting then she would believe him. Heck, if Silvertail told Badgerbloom that mice could fly on invisible wings she would believe him. There was no cat in camp she respected more than him after all.
She purred happily as he laid down beside her and turned her head to watch his expressions as he spoke. She had to watch his mouth move as he spoke since his new position made it a bit harder for her to catch his voice considering her secret deafness in her right ear. At the mention of the missing cats Badgerbloom's purrs stopped. She glanced down at her white paws before gently resting her tail on the tom's back in a comforting gesture. "Someone has to know something." She meowed softly, trying to come up with some way to reassure the older cat. "Maybe if we put all of our brains together we can still find everyone." With that, she looked back at Silvertail and gave a small smile of hope.

She-cat--Summitclan--Warrior--29 Moons--Single--Apprentice is Tinypaw--Amused--TAGS:Tinypaw & clan/Camp
Cindercloud listened to the small tom pout without looking at him though she felt him glance at her as he spoke. The large warrior did not disagree with him, but she knew the reality of the situation. That said she was not one to hold punches herself, if she disliked a cat she made it clear and told them that to their face. She figured she had nothing left to lose anymore, but Tinypaw was still young and she hoped he would grow into a strong and beloved warrior of the clan.
Her ears perked as she heard him use her name and she looked down at him just in time to hear his last decree. Despite herself she let out a deep chuckle and used one of her large front paws to ruffle his fur on his head "You sound much too old for your age you know that? You are going to skip being a warrior and go straight to elder with that outlook." She mused with a rare approving and playful tone to her voice. "I knew you were my favorite apprentice for a reason, Tinypaw." She chuckled as she took her paw away. "Alright then, I won't force you to befriend him, just keep in mind what I said. Maybe mention it to Palejaw for me while you're at it too." The last sentence she meant as a joke more so than anything, knowing that Palejaw was close to Tinypaw and not that social himself. With that, she cleared her voice and shifted her weight a bit trying to sit in a more comfortable position.

{Crabfur}
Tom-cat--Shoreclan--Warrior--30 Moons--Single--No Apprentice--Worried--TAGS:Reedstrike&Creamflower/Camp
Crabfur had obediently followed after the two cats. The entire time he had been on high alert, flinching and jumping at numerous sounds during their walk. He couldn't help it but he was anxious to be out of camp. So, as one would imagine, as soon as Reedstrike suggested splitting up his heart sank and began to pump faster. He did not want to be alone out of camp, especially with cats disappearing left and right without a reason. He opened his maw to refuse but his words wouldn't come out and he knew he could not defy the deputy. Instead, the ruddy colored tom glanced swiftly towards the Creamflower in hopes that she would speak up. He was relieved when she, in turn, invited him to join her on a hunt for fish and crabs. He quickly nodded, a squeak of a meow escaping him as he responded, "Y-yes please!" He felt a small bit of his anxiety roll off his shoulders and quickly moved to stand beside the queen, thankful for her invitation. "W-will you be alright Reedstrike?" He questioned as he looked at the deputy, feeling relieved enough to find his voice again. "W-with all the m-missing cats I mean..s-should we really be separating?"
