If it was pps would change day 14, day 16 for red and day 19 for white or the rare dragons. If you make it past 16 and starts cracking on 19 it’s white .

Didn't the rare non list ones and grey ones come out fully grown? I've seen grey malk dragons from this years dec 18 fully grown

Green, Copper and Grey are adopted from the re-release box fully grown because their growth cycle was tied to specific dates. Pets that were set to grow on a particular date instead of an age in days are usually fully grown when adopted past those dates. (With, seemingly, the exception of the September 08 cake dogs + horse)
