Hi! I can possibly offer something like this if you're interested! I have more examples of my designs here and here along with a few recent examples in my gallery. I'd be interested in this pup or even some older rares like these guys but I'm willing to negotiate!
(Also I'm a bit iffy on anthro as I don't have a solid style for them yet, though I'm open to try anything!)

what's poppin, I can do a full body piece for you? I can only do humans/humanoids, and anthro characters, so ferals are off the table, sorry. Examples of characters I've done is just Any of the humanoids on my TH, Except for the cat boy/rennyac. I haven't sorted him yet. Some recent art i've done on SAI are these two for art examples

Honestly I'm really not sure how pet pricing on this site works, but if you're cool with it, could i do it for this cute horse? If thats like crazy expensive and i don't know, we can negotiate pricing ^^"
