They are really rare! You can find them while scavenging, playing in the coli and during NotN noc eggs raerly drop from strange chests too. As for bogsneak eggs if your brew is high level enough you can brew them.

Also, is there a forum or thread to know which items produce what when transmuting in Baldwin’s?

Food - Goo
Materials - Ooze
Familiars - Muck
Apparel - Slime
Trinkets - Sludge
The colors are random, but some are rarer than others. You can check official data on that in the Game Database.

How has everyone been doing so far with coli grinding?
I hit my target of 10 noc eggs so I'm really pleased, still missing like 15 familiars and 5 pieces of apparel but hopefully I get a few of those before the end of the event and I can pick up the rest in the AH 😄
