indentthe she-cat purred blissfully as she padded along next to the medicine cat. she watched as the light faded and await for the stars to shine. little did she know that the stars wouldn't be shining tonight, but the one and only things she knew was that no matter what happens, she wasn't going to let this tom go so easily.

"it's going to be leaf-bare soon, are you sure you want a litter right in the middle of leaf-bare?" he mewed, "it's not that it's impossible, but i just..." the tom stopped himself before he could upset the she-cat. don't want our first litter to die in the harsh leaf-bare.

She flicked her ears around the cleaning, wondering if there was somebody to talk with as she realized that her mentor and Nightholly get out of the camp again. She did feel that there was something going on with the two, but she didn't really mind about it, instead, she decided to go to the fresh-kill pile to eat something.

she quickly dug the preys out of their hiding place, looking over at Cloudnose "yeah, I hope that too, but so far there seems to be plenty of prey running around, maybe things will go fine with us" she meowed taking her preys under her jaws and started to made her way toward the camp.

He nodded with a smile "then wait here, I will quickly get something to us to share as long you don't want your own prey?" he meowed with grim, turning around toward the way he heard some movements, knowing very well that there was hiding some prey. He turned to look over to the pretty she-cat "I will not be gone for long and will not go far, so just call me if something happens?" he meowed softy.

Creamflower looks at Ravenwatcher in the eyes, knowing what hes thinking. She remembers her first litter died to greencough during leaf-bare when illness struck the whole Clan. She closes her eyes at the sad memory for a moment before opening them back up again, thinking things through. "Maybe we can wait one moon of leaf-bare before having kits." she offered. "Or if you really want kits as much as I do, we can have them during leaf-bare. We have the Clan to support us and maybe I can learn from my mistakes with my last litter to give this litter the best possible chance of survival. After all, it was greencough that killed my kits last leaf-bare, maybe we can prevent it from reaching our kits."

"i'm glad we are at the same page..." she sighed softly. gently nuzzling the tom, she murmured, "i think it's time we go back to the camp, before people.. start to wonder our whereabouts." the she-cat didn't want to go, she didn't want to leave the tom's side, but at the same time, she knew how much trouble she could put eaglegaze in if they were caught together.

Creamflower hears Ravenwatcher promising to be a wonderful father to the kits and smiles, knowing he will keep his word. "I know you will do your very best!" she said happily. She nuzzles her mate, purring as she looks forward to the possibility of having a family.

"i'll try my best for you." he murmured underneath his breath as he watched the night set in. he awaited for the hunting patrol to return with freshkill in their jaws. glancing around the camp, he noticed both nightholly and eaglegaze were not here, but whitepaw was at the freshkill pile.

Creamflower purrs and watches the sunset as night draws in, admiring the beauty. She closes her eyes as she breathes in her mate's scent, feeling relaxed and happy to be beside him.

indentravenwatcher smiled at his mate as they watched the sunset in silence. ravenwatcher had always been scared of silent moments between two indivduals, as it had always made him nervous and scurry to find conversation starters. But with creamflower, everything feels different. The silence that just fell upon them felt natural, and somehow blissful. not that because he didn't like talking to his mate. maybe ravenwatcher had started to mature and understand the scarcity of blissful solitude, or maybe the tom had begun to understand that maybe, not everyone will leave him in the end.

With a soft sigh and a glance to the sky, Eaglegaze quickened his pace slightly. "I know..." he answered quietly, continuing back to camp. As the entrance came into view, he stopped his close companion. "I um... I want you to know that I found something tonight before you came." he paused, shuffling his paws for a moment. "There was an eagle feather caught in a holly bush. I am not sure what it means but I know that it is a sign for something. I didn't want to keep it from you." he explained, tension releasing from his shoulders. The tabby stood in silence for a moment before sighing once again. "I don't want you to worry about it though," he added softly. He leaned forward and touched his nose to Nightholly's before smiling gently at her.
