This silver spotted tabby represents the winter solstice, the shortest day and longest night of the year. Since they represent an important day during winter, their powers are only active during the leafbare months. When on hunting patrols in leafbare, they will catch an extra piece of prey, as well as protect the patrol from any potential predators. Also, they will reduce the amount of kitten deaths during kitting in leafbare

Even though I got A TON of AMAZING entries for the winter solstice baby, I absolutely loved this person's entry! I kept thinking about the personality they showed in their entry!

The CAC staff has decided to add some more rules pertaining to lineart. As we've noticed an increased amounts of people restarting their clans after only one or 2 posts and keeping the lines to start a new Clan with, you'll now be required to do at least five posts before you can restart your Clan. New members will now also have a 5 post period where they will get f2u images before they are given the lineart for their cats, to go along with the restarting rule above

No, it would not apply to those that have already started receiving lineart. This is more for new clans that put up a starter today or later, and puts restrictions on how long someone can wait before restarting their clan, so you're good!
