The first one is pretty fair, maybe slight underpay on their side. The UR lion is generally worth 1-1.5 nons, and their side equals up to about a non. You possibly could get more, but overall not a bad trade.

The second one i would consider unfair. The grapes are very low in demand and hard to trade-off, so I wouldn't recommend going with this one if you plan to trade the grapes.

I sent this trade for my ultimate dreamie the UR Galaxy Cat. I offered my OMG So Rare July 2008 Speckled Rat, that I think is on the rares list, and a few other pets.
The person I'm trading with loves caterpillars also.
Is this a fair trade??

this is very unfair to the galaxy cat, it often tends to trade for 1-1.5 nons, (which is about 1494-2016 '09 rares according to the old list, however you wouldn't actually have to trade that amount, or if anyone even has that amount of rares to spare, but it is a good example of a non's worth if you aren't sure.) your side is only worth a single '09 rare really considering the other pets don't really add much value to the overall trade.
