Bold of you to assume I’m ever calm! But on a serious note, I suffer from Misophonia, so when I’m in a room with a sound that triggers it, such as almost any noise coming from a baby or toddler, I have to either physically leave the room or put on my noose cancelling headphones, otherwise I am completely filled with rage and escalate quickly. Classical/guitar music is very calming for me in anxiety inducing situations.
