Blossom shifted her weight in the den, slowly opening her eyes and looking outside the den. She drew in a soft sigh, slowly staggering to her paws and crawling out the small den. She smiled, looking around, when she spotted two soft yellow flickering eyes gazing at her. Hatred seemed to fill the two eyes as they glared at her. She took a step back, heart pounding.

"Fine," Blossom snapped harshly. She quickly swallowed, her voice growing soft: Yeah. Just..." she blinked. "Just...thought I saw something." She shook her head, as if trying to shake away her troubled thoughts. "It was nothing, I'm sure."
