first trade is overpay from offering side by one '09

second is really all up to fate.. they are offering several true date vrs, but the possibility of yours being the joker is high. Last two years ive been on, all the card pups grew to jokers (might've changed now due to rarity update)

It’s hard to say whether it’s fair or not at the moment.
There isn’t a set worth for the new URs yet but new URs tend to go for at least a non. Ultimately, it’s up to the other party.

not sure in regards to the first one, but for the second I would most definitely hold onto the card pup until you find out if it could be a joker! Unless you’re willing to chance it. You never know, and trading it away could end up being really disappointing if it does turn out as such!
