This template will allow you to create your own Budgie (parakeet, parrot, canary, what ever). Featuring over 50 different add-ons to choose from, a lock-alphable coloring layer, numbers, gender prefixes, and bat, bird, and "peng-wings", this template is a must-use for any proud adopts-creator!

If anyone can think of anything I could add as add-ons (except bg choices), then please post your suggestion and I will most likley add it!

I will also be creating just a "Create-A-Budgie" for those who don't want to make adoptables, but wish to make budgie characters. But, it won't come for a bit, this hurt my hand XD

Hey, should I make a "Create-A-Bird" Agency? Basically people can adopt real bird breeds, breed them, sell them, expand their "bird houses" (by adding extra cages) gain 'XP' that allows them to level up and get rarer breeds of parrots? It would all be through oekaki...but, is anyone interested in something like that?

EDIT: err, it only has one layer when i opened it i dunno if it's my computer or oekaki just stuffed up, too bad though, i really wanted to colour it

It's oekaki, for some reason, sometimes, editables will only have one layer, just try refreshing and it should work
