Okay this baby is absolutely gorgeous, I’m normally on the canine side of characters but darn this character really does it for me. Firstly I love the duo of him and ira, I absolutely adore characters that come as a sort of ‘double act’. A snake is also perfect for what you’re describing as they’re known to be quite cunning and are normally associated with manipulation and tricksters. I also love that this guy is a ‘bad’ character if you will, I adore how he is arrogant but knows he is better than the others, he would be a fella to definitely watch out for. His ‘story’ is absolutely perfect for him, and the entire idea around his voice and him being a charmer is really cool - you’ve really gone all out on the details. I just really love that even though they are a ‘two in one’ sort of character, ira is also really fleshed out and has her own personality and purpose.

The species is also neat! I do love his lil’ elephant ears and the jewels give such a regal vibe, the colour palette is really nice and it all flows together, the stripes down his legs and on his back fit in really nicely and adds a bit of contrast to the pale colour of his base. The red is such a gorgeous accent colour, and honestly I can’t think of anything negative to say which is a first for me <3

Recently got this kiddo so I’m still working on a story and all that jazz <:



He’s some sort of deer hybrid and he’s actually a decent fella aha, he was used as a runner boy by the gods. He became a symbol of death and fear as every time he appeared, it was to take someone’s soul, and every time he did, his body started to turn more skeleton-like and grow black, he fears once it reaches his heart it’ll take all of his humanity. He was once a loved white stag but after he died the gods decided he would be useful. He never liked the job and is quite the sensitive soul so everyone being scared of him has made him lonely and sad, He spends his free time wondering the woods, watching the woodland animals as they run away from him. He has frequent nightmares about a small child touching his face and then him accidentally taking her soul. So he will actually stay away from children in fear of what he might do.
He doesn’t know about the afterlife either, he’s aware of the gods but as far as he knows the souls are just destroyed, and none of the gods will tell him that they continue to live because they find it fun to test his loyalty to them, making sure he’ll ‘kill’ for them even if he believes the soul will be destroyed.

Basically a poor boi who needs some love but has the power to take your soul if you touch it aha.
- also went mute because when his face became skeletal he wasn’t able to talk other than making awful shrieking noises so he can’t even tell anyone he doesn’t mean harm.

10/10 // this dude is just rad, and i've always really enjoyed mykalablue's designs. this is easily one of their best. i really like the simple black/white paired with the interesting silhouette and the galaxy-ish pattern on the neck and forelegs. it contracts very well and makes the character look more complex than it really is, even with so few colours. the way the horns curl is just super satisfying to look at, i could study this character all day.

as for accessory ideas -- a ragged cloak or something hanging off the horns would be pretty cool. would also like to see something on his tail or draped across his back legs, as they are a little simple compared to the rest of the design.

ailyn? she's a mercenary-turned-bodyguard with cool tats and a sword. she's immortal and has an ongoing feud with her brother, haven. she looks cool and collected but in reality is kind of socially awkward and not very smart. to cover for that, she tends to remain quiet and not talk to most people. she became bodyguard to another immortal named morrigan after she saved her life.

solid 8/10 honestly
personally i'm not a big fan of feral designs, especially canines because they're so overdone. but ailyn is so beautiful? i love that her cool markings are actually tattoos and that her sword matches. + her markings move during eclipses? that's really creative, i love imagining the koi swimming around and the water lapping along her body.. i feel like that'd be really relaxing to watch omg, reminds me of a ghibli movie!

this character is in NO WAY associated with or based on fantastic beasts. don't even go there.

this is matagot. that's not his actual name, it's really just the type of demon he is. he's gone by
many names throughout his history, a handful being rovea, ridwan, lahab, leucis, and hyseil.

being a matagot, he's classified as an evil being. however, true to mythology he can be an asset
to his captor if and only if fed, sheltered, and respected. one who fails to follow the set rules
adequately will find themself teetering on the edge of disaster, whether that be financially,
physically, or socially. and they will fall over the edge if they don't right the situation. but if the
matagot is kept content, the opposite is true. good luck will follow them until they release the
matagot from his bond. and if not released, the captor will suffer a long, agonizing death. either
way, the captor's soul belongs to the matagot upon death.

aside from his mythology, matagot isn't fully fleshed out yet. he roams western europe and some-
times scandinavia looking to lure in greedy souls. he has been known to take the form of a rather
monstrous water kelpie (no reference art yet), and it's said that to see him in this form means that
death is immanent.

matagot is attracted solely to men and has found himself attached to more than one of his captors,
but in the end their short lives don't mean much to him and he loses interest in their souls relatively
quickly once they're obtained. i know that's kinda cliche, but i plan to build on it!

Wow!! I really like this character. The mythology really shows just how fleshed out this character. I can't wait to hear more about them.
The only real "negative" I have with this character is the number of spots on his skin, but that's just a personal thing! I prefer more simple designs, However, I still think this is a fantastic character! I also think the horn could maybe be a tad darker than his skin so it stands out a bit more, but again, that's a personal preference!
I love the hair colors and the piercings, it really adds to the character in my opinion!

I don't have a lot on her except that she is a pacifist who loves collecting flowers. She makes her home in a meadow and gifts flowers to her friends and family every holiday.

7/10 She's cute, and I really love bat characters. But her colors and design are pretty basic, and doesn't make her stand out from other bat characters that tend to have the same color scheme. Sadly, she's kind of simple and because of that I can't say much else, but I love the addition of the flowers on her body and the few stripes, though they could probably be added on more to make her not so plain. The info you have for her is definitely fitting, but I'm really mediocre when it comes to coming up with backstories so I'm afraid I can't do much help in that department.
Regardless a adorable character, just a lil basic. But if you're happy with her, then that's good!

Sakar is a alien creature resembling a Pteranodon who became stranded on Earth after the cargo box carrying her to a zoo-like enclosure on another planet accidentally broke off and plummeted to the ground. Luckily she was able to survive, and managed to escape into the wilderness somewhere near New Jersey where she was quickly able to adapt. She was the cause of many "Jersey Devil" sightings, though Sakar is merely curious and shy to not have any motivation to cause harm.
She still stalks the pine forest, but managed to meet and befriend a young girl who lives in a cabin that views the alien as a pet. Thus, Sakar is loyal and doesn't stray far often except if it's to get away from prying eyes

7/10 ;; While she's definitely an interesting concept, she's not my own personal cup of tea, but I'm giving you points for creativity! I think my main beef is the pink colour palette. I have nothing against pink as a colour, but I think it's a bit overwhelming here. Having said that, it does make her look a bit like an alien flamingo, which is kind of funny, lol. I'm also not a huge fan of characters without eyes, but again, personal preference and I do think it adds to her unique and "alien" look. The "quills" along the face, wings, and tail are very neat, though! Overall, she looks like the kind of creature that would fit into the Avatar universe (James Cameron's), so that's really cool.

How bout Eurydice? She's an archangel general that serves under the gods and acts as a protector of their home, Yseria. Basically, she's like a combination between a biblical archangel and a Norse valkyrie in her role. She has the ability to hide her wings, as well as double them (though she doesn't do this a lot because they get heavy, lol). She's a force to be reckoned with, but when not on duty she's typically very gentle and relaxed. Despite this, she has a short temper and can anger quickly. She also has zero tolerance for traitors, as her fiance, a Reaper named Joshua deserted his duty to the gods and left her behind. Following his departure, she turned cold and bitter, and vows to stop at nothing to hunt him down and make him suffer for what he did to her.

8/10 They're kinda cool, while the combination of the upper grey with darker grey stripes looks kinda weird with the more sand color, at the same time it also kind of mixes well together? Weird to explain. Anyway, I especially like the collar since they're a favorite accessory of mine, and the crown charm is nice to see then just being a regular circle shape. I don't know how to feel about the hair though. It looks a lot like a mane, but the couple bangs that are dyed don't fit at all and personally I think the hat could be omitted or at least changed since it stands out.

Other then that, I quite like them. Also I honestly kind of chuckled at the whole premise of them, but I would probably be careful posting something like this cause even though it's a joke character, people could take offense to it.

(Yes, I'm aware they're an off brand but that's not really a important thing to make a big deal out of.)
Amav is a sea monster that's been around for quite a long time, but she is still relatively young and acts as so. Mischievous, curious, and overly passive, she has an interest in humankind and loves pulling (mostly) harmless pranks on them. Amav means absolutely no harm though, and will back off the situation quickly turns unpleasant. Her body is made out of sandstone and water that has a slight jelly like consistency. It acts like normal water though, and is even drinkable. She suffers from depth perception cause of her eye that's actually a pearl, but since she often lives on the seabed it doesn't pose much of a problem, if a underwater edge isn't nearby.
Her color also varies with the day or water depth. During daytime or being in shallow water, it's a dark blue but changes to a purple at dusk to better blend in with the dark.

i like em, they look cryptic! not a big fan of the gradient markings cus thats really hard on an artist, but that's just me being nitpicky lol

i'd give her about a 8/10, its a nice design but the alt form purple base doesnt fit with the underbelly




this is beetle, i just got him today! he's not too developed, but he loves worms and has a worm terrarium. he's greasy and loud and probably eats dirt i really wouldnt doubt it

5/10 ;; Sorry, but this guy just doesn't mesh well with me. There's no cohesive colour palette, and the rainbow/solid black mix gives me 2008 scene furry vibes. He has potential, like the way his eyes match the design on his shirt and his shorts. The greys on his face also go nicely together. I would just tone down the rainbowness.

Allister? I don't have much of a concept other than he's probably some kind of sagely seraph with a dark secret. Please don't rate him on lack of story. I promise he'll have one.

// so I really do love this guy. His markings are blended out so they look smoother, and the ‘more is less’ attitude really applies to his coat! I think that collar is gorgeous. I love varying lengths of the spikes and how the collar is so detailed it even shows the metal strip that holds the two loops in place. Whilst I am a complete sucker for monochromatic designs, the only thing I do wish is that there was potentially more contrast? I think a couple of dark grey [almost black] markings would really help this fella to ‘pop’. I also feel like the pattern on his face could be incorporated elsewhere onto the design? [such as bangles or the collar] or some sort of intricate pattern as whilst it doesn’t seem out of place, it does stand out against the otherwise relatively soft design - but that is honestly just personal preference and it fits in just as well right now <3

I’m looking forward to seeing his story and I know you’ll come up with a good one c:

So I’ve wanted to do a character that is pretty nasty and just not a good person? I thought it would be a fun challenge to make a character no one should really like and I took a stride out of my comfort zone [as you can see with the minimalistic clothing] and decided to do an anthro whilst I was at it c:

// Florence is a demon that was sent to the overworld to try and become a better spirit, he basically figured out the system and became a doctor, figuring saving lives would be the best way to stack up his good deed points quickly. He doesn’t care much for others, and comes across as condescending and rude, often causing conflicts between him and others. He isn’t the most skilled doctor, and is only hired for his perfect record of successful surgeries, all of which are secretly credited to his use of dark magic. His written English is also pretty bad for a doctor and his nonexistent use of coherent sentences when writing reports often leaves his co-workers confused and irritated, so he’s not doing a good job of making any friends. He does get fired from hospitals for being unnecessarily rude to children, and whilst he is trying to better himself, he has a long way to go. If the slightest thing goes against him or he doesn’t like what’s being said he will become incredibly quick to anger and petty. He’s one of the biggest hypocrites and remains pretty lonely.

He also finds it funny to carry around packets of lithium powdered as if he swallows them it makes his fire mane glow crimson and he gets a good kick out of being mean to others. [can also do the other colours of the flame spectrum but the dark red is his favourite for cruel jokes]
