I’m not good with item trades, but the second trade is unfair to you. I’m a little rusty, but if my math is right then a very rare from 2010= 2 2010 rares = 1 09 rare.
They have another 2010 rare, which means their side values up to an 09 rare plus one 2010 rare. They can add another 2010 rare to make it more fair.
