Whoa! Scarf PPS is NOOT in any way worth more than a Blue Rose~!
You can't souly go on the Rares List.
The Blue Rose is in way more demand than the Scarf PPS is..
I wouldn't take a Scarf PPS for a Blue Rose, that's for sure.

It was infact unfair to the PPS there, but it is not worth more than a Blue Rose..
I honestly don't think you'll find someone willing to give a Blue Rose for it.
