Though at that point it may be easier to induct you as a gaurd just to keep things in good graces with my husband and not worry the children. You wouldn't have to stay here but just to have something truth to fall on in a case of questioning." The young queen closed her eyes before continuing biting back a long ramble that came to the tip of her tongue. It was pointless. The blonde would only be wasting her breath and get into an argument with Al if she was insistant on the matter. Still... "Believe what you will. I may be young, inexperianced and delicate but do not mistake that to mean I am like every other commoner women you have met over the past three centuries. I am far superior in both breeding and decorum. That of course includes the one in your story. I'll say it again...I will not leave you."

"Kurenai?" The dark haired young man repeated and was more then glad to heed the teen's invitation to accompany her. It wasn't like he could very well leave her be in good concious with her report. Still that last name she claimed was familiar...where had he heard it? It was recently...Aha! Thats where! The Kurenais happened to be the family name of the humans currently sitting on Emberelic's throne. Which made sense considering his breifing on the other kingdom before his arrival had noted the human's current queen had two siblings not much younger then herself. If Lucas recalled correctly she specifically had a brother and a sister. Interesting...

Lucas suddenly fell to a knee before Akira and reached out to take her hand loose in his own. Closing his eyes casting them downwards, "Forgive me my lady, for I had no idea who you were or I would not have been so brazen. Please allow me to reintroduce myself and do so properly this time." Opening his eyes the male turned his gaze up at the Emberelic Princess, "I am Lucas Renier. A former Captain in His Majesty's forces, now recently promoted by the King himself to the position of General of His Majesty's forces. Had I known to whom I was speaking I would have conducted myself more professionally. I assure you I meant no insult or harm to your person or station. My only wish is to breed continued good will between Runemeth and Emberelic so both of our beloved homes may continue to thrive." Was it a little over the top? Yes just a little bit but that wasn't stopping the dark haired male despite knowing that.

A hand reached out to take a hold of Konan by the front of her clothes. In one swift movement, the male pulled his companion into a near by ally. He moved so as to tuck them more into the shadowed area and put his body between his friend and the only immediate path of escape. "Tell Henrietta to heel. I'd rather not hurt you by hurting her on accident. I happen to actually care a great deal about you and what you think of me, but don't have the desire to be dog kibble.", Fallon growled eyeing Konan through sharp narrowed eyes.

The dark haired vampire nearly yelped but swallowed the sound, hearing kids nearby and not wanting to scare them, in fact. She was pulled into the alleyway nearby, and soon heard Henrietta begin to growl...The dog didn’t like how Fallon was handing Konan. She chuffed quietly to the dog, trying to quiet her because those kids definitely would hear. She huffed a bit, then shook her head and told the dog to heel. Henrietta growled one more time, then just kind of sat aloofly. “What?” Konan growled right back because he was growling at her.

Koon yipped as he trotted through the farm/ranch house, tail flicking gently. The small collie type, aka a Shetland sheepdog mix, squeaked when mom’s cat rushed from under the table, chasing something. It was probably a bug, or a bit of dust, and Koon snorted at said cat. He trotted up to Jamie’s room, licking their hand and nudging them until they made a small sound. They sat up, brushing through their mussed hair, and huffed quietly. They got up, got dressed, ate a breakfast bar, brushed their teeth, then headed out.

If you so insist you won't leave me to be alone in my immortality..." he glared at Aralynn, eyes glowing red despite being in full control. Stepping towards Aralynn, he grabbed her wrists tightly and pinned her again the wall. " Than prove it." the male briefly pressed his lips against Aralynn's neck before proceeding to whisper in her ear. " Listen well, Ms. Aralynn. I will say this only once. When I bite you, it will feel different than when I take your blood. You'll feel the cold flow of time stop, replaced by the warmth of forever. Your body will fight the change- after all, vampires aren't natural creatures- but it will be inevitable. You will pass out. The pain will only be a pinprick, and you will wake up free from the chains of mortality. Upon your wake you will crave the blood of the living, even those you deemed yourself closest to. If you were serious about what you said...then just close your eyes. One last time. The moment you do, that's when your die. But fear not, for as I said, you will return as a child of the night." Was it his intention to scare Aralynn? Definitly. Though he hadn't wanted to resort to fear tactics, it was best she learned not to make promises that couldn't be kept.

"Your.. your rash behaviors are forgiven.... but please stop kneeling. I may be royalty, but I'd prefer more to be treated as an equal. It makes me uncomfortable, all the kneeling and formalities. " she paused her words as she walked, lost in thought. " so, tell me. What has brought the runemeth general to our doorstep this day? "

-Sooo I am leaving this solely in your capable hands owl. In all honesty Aralynn would probably more then likely....well no take it back she WILL...end up doing something stupid eventually that would leave Al or Adrian turning her as the only option to save her.(soon as said oportunity whatever it may be arises) If Al turns her now it will make things interesting between them and her and her siblings. OR he could be shocked and not bite her or just take some blood or something. Then she can play dinner host still. Like I said...go wild with my post and I will not mind lol. Thats why I posted it after all!

The young queen felt her back forced against the cool rough stone of the palace cooridoor walls. Her arms became immobile as Al grabbed her wrists and his hair tickled the side of her face while he leaned in to whisper. A small trail of goosebumps trailed along her neck where the vampire pushed her necklace aside and acted as though he'd take her blood again. So her assumption had been right after all. Aralynn had thought she was just hearing things the first time, but when Al repeated his offer to free her from her mortality was when things became suspicious. It didn't make all that much sense since Al seemed to hate what he was but now there was no mistaking it. The dark haired young man's eyes even turned red again as she had noted they had the first two times. Though it didn't look to her as though Adrian had taken over. With the only thought in her head at the moment being she was going to prove her companion a fool for underestimating her or just lumping her in with every other women he'd come into contact with.....Aralynn relaxed in the vampire's grip and closed her eyes.

Al frowned sadly at Aralynn when she relaxed and closed her eyes. Willing to give up her humanity, just like that? So quickly? So quick to throw away the thrills of knowing your time is limited? Did she even consider the affect it could have on her family? It could take a while to adjust to the vampiric life, not to mention she'd have to be constantly monitored so she wouldn't reveal her vampiric nature to anyone. Silently he leaned back to her neck, running his fangs over the skin of her neck before sinking them in just enough to break skin. That's all that he did, however. He didn't turn her. He just broke the skin and took the slightest amount of her blood. Afterwards, he brought his face in front of hers, looking her in the eyes with some of her blood trailing down the corner of his mouth. " You are foolish to consider throwing away your humanity so quickly. Mortality is a gift, Aralynn, while immortality remains a cursed." I suppose immortality simply gets lonely. One might as well be cursed together with someone. he thought, a lonely, deep sadness in his frown. " I will not turn you. Not like this. Not unless you've thought it through very well, and understand the costs. It is a fate worse than death. One pays dearly for immortality; one has to die several times while one is still alive."

The dark haired young man rose to his feet before following after Akira, quickly catching up to the princess falling into step with her. Well she was odd. A princess and a commoner as equals? That was new. Even royalty and nobility had a gap between them, but this young human was insisting they ignore such social rules. Lucas could not help but smile, "You are an uncommon princess do you know?" Looking away from Akira the young man continued answering her question as to him being in her kingdom, "As I said before I came to see the queen. As the new general I believe we will be working closely together to ensure peace continues between our homes, and I understand the Runemeth General has a spot even on the council. I have come to introduce myself to her and her other advisors. Figured Audience Day would be the ideal time to do so. Guess I was wrong about that considering what you mentioned earlier."

The feeling wasn't different as Al had described it. It felt just like when he'd fed from her but quicker and whose effects seemed lessened this time. Instead of the complete weakness from the sudden rapid loss of blood, Aralynn felt light headed enough to stumble a bit but not outright collapse. Though the vampire was still holding her so his support could have very well have been the case for her not collapsing as well. Aralynn opened her eyes making brown lock onto his while their faces were startlingly close. "Then don't lump me in with her or any other women, and stop petitioning me with offers you aren't willing to keep. For your information you happen to be the first...being...I have ever considered friend before and from the sound of it I am likewise for you in awhile considering you don't like vampires and Adrian's decorum needs work. I will care weather or not you claim to be worthy of such a pointless thing in your case. Accept someone actually is childish or foolish enough to care." The blonde teen took a breath pulling fruitlessly against Al's much stronger grip on her wrists, "Now if you'd be kind enough release me, then I will keep my mouth shut and continue on with my duties." It was brief, as in just long enough for her to finish her spiel, but the human queen's carefully patrolled façade had dropped for just the slimmest of moments there. Yes it wasn't as childish as it had been while the two had been out of he palace but it was a different side compared to the normally stoic indifferent queen who normally roamed the halls. Fiery. Stubborn. Determined. Perhaps a bit of a smart mouth and a bit childish in attitude. But at least hopefully now Al wouldn't call her a lier or think she simple or plain anymore.

Fallon held Konan back against the wall of the ally not phased by her suddenly foul mood. Partly because he knew he was deserving of it at the moment and the other because..well he just wasn't afraid of his friend's wrath. He stood eye-level with the other vampire ignoring Henrietta for the time being. His grip on her staying put but loosening up. It's not like he intended to harm her after all. "You're going to explain to me what you said. I won't hurt you, I don't want to hurt you, but you are going to tell me and I will not let go until you do.", said Fallon in a cool calm voice.

The dark haired vampire whimpered softly a bit, shaking her head back and forth a few times. She huffed again, even snorting, then sighed softly. She glanced to her pretty dog, whom was even ignoring her now...She sighed again, then shook her head and looked at Fallon. She stared him straight in the eye for about ten seconds, then averted her gaze to the ground. She hummed quietly as she tried to ignore her pounding heart, shaking her head a third time. She made a small sound when she was told she was going to tell him what she said... "I said I like you, okay?!" she exclaimed/questioned.
