Amaroq followed silently, watching the forest as they padded along. When they reached the lake he closed his eyes, silent as her beautiful howl rang out. "I love you." He whispered, only half-audible. If she was listening she would have herd him, if not it would have sounded like a mutter.

Sesshomaru quieted himself as his song came to an end and a new one began. It was a fae's melody and he did not answer it. Instead he continued to watch the stars as they danced on the scenery above him. The night chilled him, yet seduced him, tempting him to run and be free, become a part of the night and dance and sing as if it were a party that would never end. The brute never gave in to the pull. He knew that the utopia would end once the sun rose and bleached the midnight sky to a hazy blue to begin another day, leaving him and his celebration longing for its dark return.

"Hn." Sesshomaru said, and turned away from the temptress, seeking the depths of his den for comfort.

Amaroq stayed quiet for a long time, his eyes closed lightly, and his face pointed up at the moon. His breathing was calm and steady, as if he was in his own world, a world where nothing mattered but breathing, a world where everything had paused. What brought him back was a chirp of protest from a bird, angry that Nilah's beautiful song had stopped. The eyelids that guarded his twin, swirling green pools spread apart to reveal their colour to the moon. Every visible crater was studied by the clear, intense orbs, everything was taken in. At last he sighed and took his eyes from the glowing moon to look at the beautiful female beside him. "I... I do." He choked, though it was not audible. The nervousness in his eyes slowly faded into confidence. "I adore you. I can't live without you, you are a blessing in disguise. You are my heart's desire, my sunshine, my strength, my treasure, and my world." The wolf answered louder, a small smile on his face, cautious, but true. "I love you. I have told you that love has found you. I have told you that you will never be alone. Wither you feel the same or not I will still be there for you." It felt as though the brute was pouring his heart out, finally saying the truth. "I know it's unlikely that you'd ever want me, but I fear not your rejection. Now I know that you must know how I feel, so at least you will feel less alone, less loved." Unwanting to spoil the romantic silence of the beautiful night he seized his talking, letting a natural quiet lay over them.

Traint smiled at Cora 'This... is exactly why I appointed you beta Coraline... excellent" the mal'es teeth flashed and he clawd the ground in thought of their next move.

Coraline smiled and said "Thank you.." She flicked her tail excitedly. "When should I go convince the male to do as we please?"She asked smiling. She was so eager to do as he wanted because it meant she could become Alpha female all the quicker. She swallowed thickly and said "Triant, if I'm not being so pushy, do you not think you should be in search of an Alpha female? Nilah has beauty but no brains.. She requires one to survive... I know you may not need no but you might prefer it.."

Kierra returned to Rowan "i didn't see anything out of the usual." she said. she flickeed her tail and stood beside him. she looked around. her sliky coat, blowing in a slight breeze. she panted and sniffed the air. she flicked her tail, sitting down, waiting for the rest of the patrol to come back.she stood up and shook her pelt.


Amira looked at the female Tirant had just chastized. she looked at her coldly, with her bitter eyes "You're supposed to respect you Betya and Alpha, no matter what." she spat. she stood up, atop her den and looked down at the female. "Disrespect can get you killed." she said, grey eyes piercing. she flicked her black tail. she shook her head. she padded down from her perch atop her den, and went to patrol the border. she sniffed around, making sure it was in check. she noticed Nilah had pulled the border back. a grin brushed her face. she shook it away and contiued on with her work, checking around the border. she flicked her black tail, and snorted.

Kiara woke and slowly opened her eyes. She yawned as she stretched herself out. Her silky grey pelt felt stiff from laying on the ground and she fought to keep her eyes awake. She looked around and was barely able to make out Amaroq and Nilah talking together. She smiled and continued to looked around. She sighed when she noticed nearly everyone asleep. Kiara didn't sleep much, but she didn't want to be alone again. She sighed and looked for the squirrel she had seen earlier.

_Daria had joined Shesshomaru in his howl, and when he returned to his den, so did she. The Shesshomaru was really the only wolf she could interact with, and that was solely because the brute didn't talk much. She sighed and rolled over, tucking her slender frame into a ball and sinking into Sleep's merciful black waters.

_Rowan perked his ears and narrowed his eyes, alerted by the smell of a wolf on the other side of the boarder. He took his paw out of the stream and peered into the trees, his orbs glowing with moonlight. The brute slunk silently towards the scent, which was soon acompanied by the soft sound. "You there! Show yourself," he barked lowly.

Amira growled lowly, hackles rising. she snarled "show youself first!" she barked. she lowered her head, Ready to fighr if needed. her grey eyes peered into the trees, bitter and cold. she barred her teeth. she could smeel the scent comming towards her, she readied her self for a fight. she flicked her tail. she had much respect for Tirant, and would do anything to help his pack thrive, even eliminate a member of nilah's. her ebony pelt shown in the sun, peeking through the trees.
