7/10 -- For starters, I really like the style this ref is drawn in, and I think the less refined lineart and effects both work really well for this character!! I also appreciate how much detail has gone into it, especially the sonic mini-ref and magnified design details. Unfortunately the design itself isn't my personal style, but I think you have a really nice character here nontheless!! The main thing that throws me off is the dark purple present on his hands and ears, but not on his lower body. It seems a little off balance for me, but I definetely don't mean to criticize that if it's your personal preference!! Again, I really appreciate how much effort has gone into this character overall <33

8/10 ;; Not my personal cup of tea, but he's a pretty comprehensive design overall, and I can tell you've put a lot of work into developing him. His colour scheme is nice, the blues go really nicely with blond hair. I think the patterns along his arms and shoulders might be a little too intricate for some to replicate. While I don't personally have a problem with intricate markings, I think they would look nicer if they were a little bigger, otherwise they get kinda lost. I love the braids in his hair and the pendent around his neck, as well as the fact that he has so many daggers on his person, haha.

How bout Eurydice? She's an archangel general that serves under the gods and acts as a protector of their home, Yseria. Basically, she's like a combination between a biblical archangel and a Norse valkyrie in her role. She has the ability to hide her wings, as well as double them (though she doesn't do this a lot because they get heavy, lol). She's a force to be reckoned with, but when not on duty she's typically very gentle and relaxed. Despite this, she has a short temper and can anger quickly. She also has zero tolerance for traitors, as her fiance, a Reaper named Joshua deserted his duty to the gods and left her behind. Following his departure, she turned cold and bitter, and vows to stop at nothing to hunt him down and make him suffer for what he did to her.

Heya lol!

Anyway I really wanted to rate this character - she’s absolutely gorgeous ^^. Firstly, I adore the colour scheme. The soft tones give a sort of ‘angelic vibe’ and paired with the light pink colour of her nose and eye/third eyelid? [i forget what it’s called sorry] gives her a regal appearance. I’m such a sucker for darker tails and I absolutely adore the subtle gradient used, and then the stripes just put it all together nicely. I’m not sure how I feel about the stripes on the legs? I think I’d perhaps rather have them more like the tail or have the forelegs match the tail but honestly that’s solely personal preference ^^ the spots on her back remind me of a deer and I think it just adds to the ‘magesticness’ of this gal.
The accessories are also so cool, I’m loving the sword and the intricate neck/head piece, I think it really brings her together. The story is also neat! And I’m loving how she’s going to go and track down her fiancé after he left her - it really adds some detail to her personality.

So phantom was born a prince to a jewel kingdom where everyone has some sort of rock that constantly follows them, the royals have a large, sacred gemstone each. Phantom’s was a large ruby that hung just above his head - long story short when he was fifteen he was accidentally tricked into murdering his sister, he was banished from the kingdom and his ruby splintered and cracked, going from a single, perfectly cut ruby to floating in broken shards around his neck as a reminder of what he’d done. He’s also a bastard child and the result of a secret affair with samael, so was always outcasted by his his family.

He accepted his fate and turned cold - now being a lone bounty hunter hanging around the wastelands.

ok so first off; pretty great story thats pretty cool. like, i definitely feel like this character would do awesome in a story-based game or something, a bit like okami; id totally play it. however i do understand that his design is probably based off of being somehow related to samael but the design doesnt really stick out much; being a descendent of royalty i would have given him a bit more, especially to a jewel kingdom. that and i myself was never truly a fan of a one color body and a secondary color head. it also kind of feels like its trying to be a semi-complex design but it doesnt have enough markings to reach that point. though the color scheme is just wonderful and i adore the accessories. the eye color is a great choice as well, red as an accent color does wonders for this design.

9/10 Oh gosh, what a cutie! I really like how some bee anatomy is added, other then being a regular anthro cat with bee markings. The fluff around her neck adds on well with the rest of her, and the placement and amount of markings is just right. The dyed tips of her hair adds nice to the simpleness of it.
I think the spots on her hips could be removed since they seem a tiny bit random, but the rest is perfect. I also noticed her pupils resemble insect eyes, a very nice touch.

((There's not much sine he's knew, but here's a rough backstory I made to start things off with:
Aspar was born in the 1800's to a rich family. Right from the start, he would show himself fit for such a luxurious life and when he was barely 13, gained ownership of his father's house after he died, leaving Aspar the only sole heir. They were not well received though, and often was selfish and cruel towards others, especially anyone he took under his wing as a servant. Rumors say that a servant poisoned him one day, and when Aspar died the townsfolk revolted and tore down the mansion since it no longer had a purpose.)

onto the actual rating,

GOSH this is such a cool character!! I love the sleek mysterious feel that comes off of them and just makes you want to continuously stare at them! I love the fact they have a few seperate forms which gives it more of a unique feeling to it! Gosh, a really cool design.
The only thing I don't-ish like is the fact its grayscale, I know it's suppose to add to the mysterious vibe the character but I just prefer colorful hues to grayscale,, but that's my own opinion! Other people can think otherwise ^^!! A 8/10 from me <3!

Febe is a deer that grew up in a human home and now is friendly to everyone, thus the harness. She mostly acts like a dog because of the fact she grew up around dogs and loves to play. She's spunky, friendly, and just a great gal. <3

I really think this is a great character! She’s adorable, and I have a soft spot for deer. The fluffy hat she’s wearing is cute too and looks great on her! I really like the dark pattern going from her front legs to her back. Also her colors are just great and go super good together, they really give me a autumn feel. Also I feel like her name really fits her, idk why but it’s like “oh yeah that character would definitely be named that.” Overall this is a really good character, I can’t find anything I really dislike about her besides tiny nitpicks here and there. Good job!

So Merrick’s a fish dude loosely based on a shark that enjoys finding lost treasure in the sea, and any other loot he can find down there. Infact, he has a big hoard of it somewhere. But he’s good on land too, and loves going on adventures! Of course, he would have to go back to sea after a while. He can be pretty mischievous and goofy sometimes, but deep down he has a good heart. He would eat a ton of fish and get sick if it meant he got like 3 bucks.

I’m actually kinda digging this character? I love the muted purple tones and I think the fairly monochromatic scheme fits well // personally I’d have the gloves another colour such as grey/black with a purplish tint or a slightly less saturated colour but that could just be personal preference. So far I love what you’ve got for the markings and the little stripes are cute and pleasant to look at, I do perhaps feel you could be a bit more adventurous in your choice of marking but what you’ve got now really works and it really suits him so good job on that! I also like the little snippet you’ve written for him, someone that would do quite a bit to make 3 dollars sounds funny and it really emphasise the personality you’ve got for him! <3

Soleil, nicknamed ‘the sun king’ because of his heliokinesis and his devoted role to the throne. He’s a loved king and is arguably the best natured and most reasonable. He acts as a ‘chief’ over all the other royals in the land and takes his role with much pride. He’s also a single father after his queen was murdered, and long story short he ends up abandoning his newborn son with his trusted guard as a last ditch attempt to save him after his kingdom is overrun by the enemy and his castle is quite literally set on fire.
Soleil ends up just barely surviving the attack but he ends up weak and injured so he spends his time with a nearby community in the forest who teach him how to use his magic. He stays there for a few years until he and his son are reunited and his son takes back the throne.

- the comic world he is in requires his design to be some what realistic, hence the more simpler Swiss mountain dog markings ^^ the toyhouse folder with the rest of the characters I’ve made for it so far can be found here

Sorry for such a low rating, but this character isn't very appealing to me. The colors seem a bit too bright and the story is a little cliche when it comes to demons and such.
I personally would dull the colors a little bit as brighter colors hurt my vision a little bit, but I definitely believe this character could become a good one with more development.
I love the jester part of the design and the tail's shape, I think it's pleasing and different.

Please remember this is just my personal opinion and just because I don't like a character doesn't mean it is a bad character.

Pheonix?
A bat/wolf hybrid who breathes fire.

Pheonix is a canine who was given his fire-breathing abilities and bat-like wings through human experiments and surgeries. After multiple failed trials he was a successful one, leading to his fur being permanently altered to orange and purples.
Phoenix is rather aggressive, especially when it comes to humans, because of his past and won't hesitate to fight you if he feels threatened. Chances are slim of you getting close enough to talk to him and actually become his friend, leading him to be a feared predator and lonely character.

I don't have a lot right now but here are the basics.

I know you said to be harsh on you but I literally cannot. I truly love Phoenix. His design is incredibly appealing and was very fun to draw! I really love his overall balance of bright oranges and dark purples; while the colors could be clashing if done poorly, he's a very well-balanced character overall, and his design is visually appealing! The wings really tie his design together; they bring in the fantasy while working well with the rest of the design. His design overall looks like the wings truly belong; he is very cohesive. I truly cannot say enough good things about his design, it's so wonderful.
As for his story; I think you have a great start! I have some ideas for questions that I have that might help you continue to develop him? First of all, why was he being experimented on? What was the goal of the experimentation? Secondly, how did he escape experimentation, and what were his impressions of the world once he escaped? Did he find it difficult adapt to the world he found himself in, or was he just happy to get away? What was his life like before experimentation? Did he try to return to what he once had, or was he determined to find another path entirely? Is his self-ostracization more out of fear or anger? Does he interact often with others or choose to keep his distance?
I can't wait to see what more you do with him!!

The cunning and arrogant aide to the king, Zecariah and Ira are expert manipulators. Zecariah has the power to hypnotize those around him with his voice, making it assured that he always gets his way. He is a liar, using his power to his own advantage without question. He loves power and boosting his own ego, and acts as he wishes with no regard to the law or to those around him. He is a former street performer, learning to tame snakes and perfecting his slight of hand, but has turned his trickery to acting as a spy and thief for the king. He feels no loyalty to the throne, knowing that at any moment he could hypnotize even the king to do his bidding.
Zecariah is prideful and materialistic. He has a vast collection of finery, from silken décor to golden jewelry. He is quite arrogant, believing that his powers are above all else, granting him a level of superiority over his victims. He works on behalf of himself, or when it suits him, the throne as a bump to his own ego. In his job, he is important, and no one can bring this to question. The king's power often relies on his success, and he is happy to show off his skills for the praise of the throne. While his role must remain secret in order for Zecariah to remain effective, he knows that he has more power than even the king, as with one word he could hypnotize even the sun-king into doing his bidding. Zecariah is highly intelligent, and relies on his cunning and skill to get him out of anything. He always carries with him Ira the king cobra, an intimidating sight for the snake's deadly venom. Zecariah enjoys the power of intimidation that Ira gives him. Furthermore, he can communicate with the cobra, who is herself blessed with the ability to see all. Though she is cryptic, she gives Zecariah the information he is to do whatever he pleases.
