Facts!

Forell's Santa Claus is a man of justice who hunts down environmental criminals. Instead of putting coal in your stocking, he hunts down who actually burns coal (or engages in other environmentally harmful actions).
This is the season where everything is assessed for the year's environmental performance. Any businesses that violate regulations are forced to shut down, while offending households and people are punished. If any leader is found to neglect the environment, they must step down and find a replacement by New Year's.
Forell refuses to cut down trees for its celebrations. Instead, Forellians decorate the tree graves of their ancestors. (They bury their dead in 'haunted forests' of trees instead of gravestones.)
