I try to be, and I think I am. "going with the flow" is one of my best-held philosophies in life, because I live by this mantra: if you cant do anything about a situation, don't worry because there's nothing you can do. If you can do something about a situation don't worry, because you can fix it.
so yes. I do have anxiety sometimes but I think that's different, because I try to be laid back as I can possibly be.

i literally don’t have any friends i can go out and do stuff with because i moved across the country and don’t know anyone in my town!! but before i moved, i stayed with a friend of mine for 4 days for a hella long sleepover lmaoo
