The sweet redhead smiled as she nodded at Stevie, saying “Glad I know your name.” She tilted her head a moment, squeaking when Stevie patted him on the head... “Sorry, I should have warned you not to touch him...It can distract him from his job. This one time is fine, though. He’s a service dog, and I’ve had him...five years now. I think it’s been five years. I had a purebred poodle before that.” she said, then glanced over to Rafael. “My only problem is eggs. Those can kill me...I can’t drink milk, either, but if it’s in cheese or anything then it’s fine.” she said.

He nodded towards Stevie. "Alright then." Rafael said. It seemed that there weren't many picky eaters at all in the house - which was something of a relief. Then, he glanced at Jessica when she spoke, and he nodded seriously - glad that he'd decided to ask after all. "No eggs or milk. Got it." Rafael acknowledged. It was also a good thing he was a doctor, he supposed. He already had a few ideas - maybe something that could go into a large dish, like a vegetable lasagna or something, and make sure he used nothing with eggs or milk in it. He knew of a few suitable replacements as well.
Then, he quickly remembered, "Oh, and Elise wants to makes s'mores later." Rafael added, just to make sure the other two were okay with it.

Salem had recently moved and managed to snag a job as a lifeguard. This beach was known for being a hot spot for college students and young adults in general. "Great, get to sit and watch a bunch of kids flirt." While she was less then enthusiastic about this she wasn't going to complain about a decent job.

Jumping out of the taxi before it came to a full stop, nervously scrambling to collect his luggage from the back as a few choice words flew out from the driver's mouth for Ezra's general stupidity, the Canadian male quickly took his duffel bag from the trunk and jogged up to the front to thank the man who was still on his rant before handing him a generous payment and practically running to the doors of the beach house. After being in the car for about 40 minutes, and a plane for about 2 hours prior to that, his outfit and hair were quite disheveled: his perfectly pressed blue and white flannel now sported a few wrinkles where the different seatbelts had constricted him, the grey cardigan overtop following those same wrinkle lines. As well as this, his usually perfect hair was all over the place, a few strands particularly noticeable as they crossed over his face.

Currently too focused on not being later than he already was, Ezra charged into the cute home huffing and puffing, a nervous smile on his face as he boldly announced his arrival "Sorry everyone! the plane got delayed and I missed my alarm this morning, so it's been a real nightmare getting here..." realizing the house was empty after a few moments in and trailing off towards the end, the male laughed a little to himself and set his bag down in the hallway before curiously walking around, catching the sounds of a few voices outside and following them obediently. Leaving through the open back door, Ezra spotted three individuals close by and made his way over with a charming smile, offering a small and somewhat awkward wave once he was closer "Hello! Sorry to interrupt, it's just...Well, I just got here, and I was wondering if there were any rules about rooms and such? I kind of just left my bag in the hallway, but I should probably move it; wouldn't want anyone to trip."

I can eat chocolate and ice cream, though ice cream has to be only once in awhile." she said, then glanced to the newcomer to their conversation. "Oh, hello. They're all single rooms, I'm pretty sure, and I don't believe anyone cares which room you take. Just make sure no one's stuff is inside. Oh, I'm Jessica, by the way." she said.

"Good to know. I'm sure there won't be too much." Rafael said to Jessica. Then, he turned his attention towards the newcomer, noticing him as he approached the small group. He stayed quiet while Jessica explained, just giving a nod of confirmation - he was pretty sure that there wasn't anything else to note about the room.
And, it was quite fortunate that the new guest had arrived when he did, because Rafael had been planning on leaving to go and get some food to make dinner very shortly anyway.
"My name's Rafael," he figured he should introduce himself first, before posing his next question, "I'm going to get something to make for dinner, do you have any dietary requirements?" he asked. He already had an idea as to what he was going to make, but he wanted to be sure it would be suitable for everyone.

Then, Rafael added, "And if you'd like to join me, then that's fine as well." Realising it might seem like he'd directed his question mostly at the new guest, he looked towards Stevie and Jessica. "And if either of you two would like to come along as well, then that's also fine!"

Salem finished decorating her little room and headed downstairs to try and entertain herself. Going into the kitchen she rummaged around and found the drink she had put in earlier, a delicious sparkling water flavored with her favorite fruit, pomegranate. Getting bored of being inside she went outside. 'Ugh.. People.' Trying her best to stay unnoticed she sneaked over to a corner away from the others and sat on the lawn.

Turning to the girl with the bright orange/red hair, Ezra offered a smile and tried his best to resist holding his hand out to shake hers, instead deciding to bury his hands in the back pockets of his jeans; after all, this wasn't some formal business meeting or interview, it was just a casual introduction to the people he'd be spending the summer with. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Jessica! Oh, and thank you for the help, it's greatly appreciated. I'm really bad at this stuff." Letting out a light laughter, knowing how awkward he was and how incapable he was when it came to most anything, the Canadian male finally seemed to notice the dog at her side and tried his best not to let his discomfort around the creature obvious; it wasn't that he hated them, he just didn't like them, honestly a bit afraid of dogs. He just couldn't get past their nature to be so...close.

Only turning away from the dog at the sound of another's voice directed his way, Ezra gladly put his attention to the male and offered that same charming smile from before, only then introducing himself properly "It's nice to meet you as well, Rafael! I'm Ezra." Laughing a bit again at the mention of food, Ezra shook his head and waved one hand dismissively, a bit amused at the thought of being picky "No no, no requirements for me! When it comes to food, I'll eat whatever's put in front of me. I'm not very picky."
Glancing between Rafael and the other two girls beside them, the Canadian male took no time at all to decide and was quick to answer the other male's words, his response as cheerful as always "Oh, yeah, sure! I'd love to come! Really, I'd just be glad to help, wherever I can...but I'm absolutely terrible in the kitchen, so that's out of the question."

Glancing to Rafael and Ezra, she nodded to the both of them. Sora was completely ignoring the two guys because he had to focus on his girl. She could have a panic attack randomly, and at any given time...Literally, it could just jump out of nowhere, seemingly for no reason at all. Jess sighed as she noticed the way Ezra looked at the dog, able to tell he was uncomfortable. "Yeah, I'll go, but Sora needs to go with me..." she sighed, as Rafael didn't really seem to like the dog.

“Oh, my bad!” She said as she pulled her hand away from Sora. Stevie felt a bit embarrassed about petting Sora. The fact that he was service dog made total sense to her, though she wasn’t going to dwell on it for too long as they were joined by a new face, “No rules that I know of so far.” She replied to the man’s question. Stevie waiter for everyone to introduce themselves before she did, “I’m Stevie by the way. ” She said with a wave.

“I’d love to help you Rafael but the only thing I’m good at making is a cereal.” She joked. The girl mostly survived off of ramen and craft dinner when she was in college.
