So I have a friend - a guy friend - who's totally super awesome and amazing and all that, and I think he thinks I like him. And Which (despite his super awesomeness) I don't. Like, not like that anyways. And I know he doesn't like me, because he has a girlfriend. So, ummm....what do I do? I still want to be friends with him, but I'm not sure how to make it clear to him that I don't like him without like, saying it. Because I actually don't know for sure what he thinks...
*munches on a cookie* Hmm, if you guys are just friends...I would just act normal around him, that always seems to work.
Bound has spoken her advice. All may depart.
*hands out cookies* Chocolate Chip cookies anyone? They always go over well when it comes to guy trouble, or books, or both.

OMJ a cookie!! *takes one, starts eating* Mmmmm...that's a good cookie.
MadiBird wrote:Okay, Animal Lover? You need to stop thinking so negatively about yourself. Alot of the time, guys aren't looking for beauty, they're looking for confidence. And the guys who
are looking at girls purely because they're pretty are the guys you want to avoid anyways, because they're shallow.
And AAR: EIGHTH GRADE BITES IS AWESOME!!!
Ack. Now I have a problem.

1st of all, you should stop thinking negatively about yourself!! (Even if I do that all the time) 2cnd of all...don't go for shallow guys. Once my friend tried to set me up with this guy in our grade. Do you want to know what he said? He said
I only date blondes. That, my friend, is an example of a shallow jerkface
And yes, yes it is

One of my favorites...now I just need to get 9th grade slays...
2 of my best friends in the whole world are guys...and everyone thinks either I like them or they like me or we are dating and crap like that. Just kinda laugh and joke about it if it's brought up. That would be my advice to you

Mmm, thanks
But that's my problem:
my normal is kind of flirty. I usually flirt with all my guy friends and just like not even notice I'm doing it! This guy is just the only one who seems kind of paranoid about it...

I might try to join your Bookclub later, Sornia, but I have a lot of schoolwork to do right now. Maybe if the load ever lightens.

My language arts teacher loved to be calm and postive, so she always told us to squeeze your wrists if you are thinking negative. Usually it works. Idk...
@Sornia- Awesome idea! I read so many books and I need to truthfully discuss them with someone other than some other friends of mine.
@MadiBird- Be yourself around the boy. Act like you usually do around him. Wait, is it true that you like this boy or just a lie?

Do you mean that you're trying to fall in love with someone or get them to like you?
To get someone to like you:
1. Be yourself but try not to embarass anyone else in the process.
2. Be nice all the time and make them laugh.
3. Participate in school for both a good grade and for people to know your award-winning personality.
4. Dress to impress only if YOU want to. IF you're ok with it, then go for it!
I may add more later....
