The design make me choke.
I think they didn't bother to add a lower jaw, making it seems as though it were chopped off or sumthin'. Hey, most of the designs were pretty odd. At least they gave him a plunger... OF DOOM!

Naw, Im always depressed. But dont hate Nick. They only want it to be child friendly, thats all. And besides, the budget for Nick in general was cut. They just couldnt support so many shows. They cut a few, actually. Wonder why you dont see Hey Arnold anymore? Yeah.
