Sesshomaru padded through the forest, eyes locked onto what was ahead of him. His large lungs made fast travel easy. His clwas dug into the ground and his hind legs pushed him forwards as he switched from a trott into a lope. His breath grew more rapid, but he didnt break a sweat or grow tired for the run had just begun. The white brute flew by markers that needed attention. Hed be back to mark them later though, so he didnt worry too much about it.

Nilah looked up as Rowan said that, her eyes wide. It was too late to say anything so she let it go.... for now. The truth was Nilah only took that kind of crap from her beta because well... he was her beta. Rowan was trustworthy and loyal so she had nothing to worry about. Maybe she did need to loosen up but, it was hard to do when you were at war with a pack that was larger than her own. Nilah shook the thoughts away, watching her pack bustle about as Rowan called names out for a patrol and they leaped up at the prospect of something to do. Nilah snorted and stood deciding to check on the den mother's, after strrecthing Nilah padded away to the nursery den and pushed her way in to the dark hole.

Triant tossed his kill onto the pitiful looking pile and snapped his head up seeing Daria returning with some rabbits, the male snorted and looked at her "Those aren't any good for this pack, High Rains maybe ut that isn't enough to sustain a warrior for long, can't you do any better?" he asked flicking his furry black tail, again movement caught his eyes and he looked over at Sesshomaru leaping away into the trees to hunt and patrol he turned back to Daria 'Make yourself useful and follow him then return and take out some apprentices to hunt and practice fighting" swishing his tail in dismissal the male walked away.

Amaroq looked at Rowan, his eyes intense. "Actually, Rowan, I have something important I need to discuss with Nilah. It concerns the whole pack's welfare." He didn't wait for an answer, but instead started to look for the Alpha Female and found her jut before she ducked into the nursery. It wasn't that he didn't like the beta(though it was true he annoyed him at times), it was just that reporting prey problems was more important than a border patrol. Not to mention Rowan didn't need that many wolves for a patrol, four was more than enough. Not only did he need to report to Nilah, but he didn't like the way he talked to her, it was disrespectful, and Amaroq had returned that disrespect to the beta. He let his paws carry him to the nursery, but instead of going in he stopped outside. A deep breath was drawn into him before he slipped into the entrance. "Nilah, when you are done here I have something to report."

Coraline watched and waited patiently to talk with Triant. She walked over and completely dismissed Daria and said to Triant. She bowed her head, showing respect and not fear, "My Alpha, I really think you might my plan.."Her voice was smooth and deadly, she twitched her tail beautifully as her yellow eyes shinned brightly. She wanted to be Alpha female.. She wanted to be Triants mate.. She wanted to take down the other pack. She sat down, keeping her head lower then the Alphas but higher then Daria's. Her rank was higher then Daria's so she had no respect for her.

Triant heard the remark from the she-wolf and snarled whipping around and stalking back over to her, his hackles raised showing the alpha's full height "I trust my delta more then I trust you, Daria." he spat her name like an insult "If you haven't noticed my warriors need more then a puny rabbit to sustain themselves, and fight for me you miserbale oaf! Now you listen and you listen well, I have seen the way you eye Coraline evey time she is around and I don't like it, she is the beta and you must respect her, and let me just say Daria that if you ever want to be alpha female you may want to work alittle harder" the alpha's eyes glowed angrily and his claws raked the ground.Triant would never even think of apointing Daria, the alpha female rank even if his life depended upon it. Triant saw Coraline apprach and he sighed "Let us speak of this in my den" he said still livid.

Sesshomaru slid to a stop suddenly and whipped around to run back in the direction he had come from. A creek trickled a few yards away and he loped towards it, paws hitting the ground with muffled thuds. He kept his steady pace then pushed off the ground, using his tones muscles as his source of propellance. The white brute cleared the creek with ease, landing on the other side. Sesshomaru didnt slow down, he kept running. It was only when he reached the unscented markers that he halted to do his job.

Coraline smiled and bowed her head. "Yes, Triant."She said then stood and waited for him to lead the way, she retained a laugh from the scene with Triant and Daria. She smiled and her yellow eyes shinned beautifully as she watched her Alpha carefully. She smiled and tried not to grin at Daria as she maintained her Beta stature, mainly to impress Triant. How she craved the power to be his mate and be the Alpha female. She kept her head just lower then his, and her tail evenly down with respect.
