I'm pretty sure you can. I think all artists are entitled to a custom for themselves. As long as they don't get a little power mad and make a lot, you know? ^^

Me and Meg make customs for each other sometimes. Like she made me the dragon kitty in my sig so I made her the one that is in her sig <3 and I'm not sure when the RP opens but I hope it's this weekend~
