I'm in no means an expert so you might want to get a second opinion but I'm pretty sure that the 2019 store pet is worth an '10 rare and an '09 rare is worth 2 '10 rares. So unfair to the rats.

id personally do it. TD CEG easily fetches 1.5 nons, which is what I personally value your side at. It is also very easy to trade off, compared to purple toxic and even nonjewel itself.

Over, rerelease CEG and BEG are 1 non, some people have been asking for 1.5 but that's only seen in true dates mostly. 2 sorbets equal a non since the recent update.

it's fair rarity wise as the grinners are worth 12-14 '09 rares each, however I would stick to the rares as grinners can be difficult to trade up or down. Some of your rares also have pretty nice demand so you could probably get a bit more out of them.
