This one seems fair since they are giving you store pets and others for a few 2010 rares.

i'd say this is unfair to the top actually. the '14 uncommon, '13 rare, and '17 rare are extra. 35 c$ is enough for the '09 rare and the '10 rares are enough for the store cats, then there's the 2 '13 uncommons as a swap

not sure about demand wise. but by rarity its unfair. both dogs are from 2008 and the cat is from 2009 and zodiac is true date. the 40C$ would only make up another '09 VR. 2 '09 VR's is worth one, but the zodiac doesn't make it fair to add the second one

First trade 2019 store pets are worth a late 2010 rare and 2018 store pets are worth a mid 2010 rare. While it is getting really close to the end of the year both pets will still be worth a 2010 rare each. Store pets tend to have decent demand but it's up to you and your trade partner to factor that in.

Second trade if I haven't missed anything it's slightly unfair to the other person. All the items are from 2011 and worth a uncommon to rare and both sides are worth 4 09 rares

They'd be overpaying with the 2013 uncommon but it's up to you and your trade partner to factor in demand.
