They decided there were be a council, but they already had it made up. I didnt want that, and thought of something that would work with the idea, and other rpers. So My idea was, let the other rpers have a cat on the council seat, their own custom with its own looks and personality instead of pre-made ones. So there will still be one cat per species on the council, but everyone will get an equal chance to submit their cat of a species for the council. Regulars are already taken, and Depending on what Same wants, that one will be taken too ^^"
