technically, agreed - you're overpaying by approximately 15c$ - but i feel the need to say that i don't think you'll get a better offer for your rats at this time. rats have notoriously low demand, unfortunately (even though they are very cute) and usually go for well below their worth. personally i think i'd take it.

quite frankly that's daft overpay on their side, demand or not. i've seen the dark gsd go for 3-4 '09 rares ( ~double what it's really worth) occasionally but their side is worth 8-9 '09 rares, since the flutterboi is actually a tier five advent list. i'd add at least 3 '09 rares to their side.

very slight underpay on their side. there's half a year between the dates so i'd personally say they need to add another '09 rare to their side. if you're not as pedantic about dates, it's very roughly a straight swap but i'd also like to add that the gsd has good demand and you might find better offers. c;

that's unfair to the top by the 2;1 rule. personally i'd say you need to add at least another '11 rare to your side, possibly more considering how incredibly difficult it is to trade ponies.

I'd personally choose the zebra bid, it's much rarer than the pink sorbet and has been omgsr longer, it's demand sits at about 1-1.5 nons as well so it's of equal demand value. I'm unsure of the others, but none of them quite have the demand or rarity factor to rival the zebra.
