i REALLY. REALLY like this oc! i think she's ADORABLE, and i LOVE how her eyes look-- they are soooo beautiful and unique!!! i think her markings are so well-done as well, just simple enough anyone could draw her but unique enough that they are very much her. i am suuuuch a sucker for that soft yellow color as well! i do think that this reference is a little hard to make out her markings are, but i think pronouncing the stripes on the back more would make it stand out even more. all in all she is ADORABLE!!

how about my dear phaux? she is a phoenix/fox, she is generally reserved but extremely selfless and emotive

9/10! She has such a beautiful design! The colors are very pleasing to look at. The red and green tones go very well together. One nitpick I have is this doesn’t really look like a phoenix/fox, rather a fox/peacock. But hey, still pretty neat. I love the feathers, though maybe the larger ones could be placed farther back? I can tell by her design that she is reserved as you described her. Overall this is a very cool character, good job!



Heres my new oc, Kalu! Hes lives in a forest by himself and is a pretty clever and sneaky guy. This makes him a pretty skilled hunter. Other than that I dont have much on him, since I just made him.

Really interesting concept!! He’s very unique and he would be easily recognizable, he also has a neat background! I’d like to know more about it. I think the little snake thing you did with his face is super cool! His design isn’t too simple and isn’t too complex. It’s easy to recreate and I think that’s an important thing to have in a character. The only thing I’d critique is the brown on him vs the blue. I feel like they are almost too similar to each other (shade and saturation). It sort of clashes almost?? Not too bad for the eyes but it’s slightly noticeable. In my opinion, a lighter or less saturated shade of brown would suit him much better, or a darker less saturated shade of blue.

I love the design of this little one! I love the earthy pastel markings and just the softness of her colors and markings! They really work well together. Im not sure what you could do with the white lines. If you really dislike them you should taken them off. To me they kind of break up her markings and such very harshly but at the same time those lines add to her planet theme. Like the rings off of a planet and so on. All in all a very cute character. would hug.

This is my boy Sailwind! Hes some what a ghost cat creature and one of my first ocs! Hes a florist and can spend many days at a time making just one bouquet. He also enjoys teaching others about flowers and how to maintain them. His favorite flower is the black eyed Susan.

@kaitlin.doodles 9/10 ;; I've always loved willowoof's designs and this baby looks so lovely in your style! The only reason for the non-perfect score is actually those white stripes on the back and tail. I feel like they break up the design in a non-beneficial way, you know? So if you wanted to remove them I'd say go for it! (And without them my rating would probably be a 10/10 haha). Anyway, I really like her soft brown/grey colour palette. The reddish-brown really pops out and keeps the design from looking too monochrome. Also, the little cactus on her collar is such a nice touch. It took me forever to notice it but I love it. I also love the white stripes under her eyes (definitely keep those).

How about my son Nikolai? He's an orphan whose scientist parents were killed in a conflict between the government and a band of rebels. He ends up being taken in by a noble family, but eventually he ends up crossing paths with rebels (who worked with his parents on occasion though their alliance remained neutral) that tell him the "truth" about their death and that those who have taken him in are responsible. He ends up joining the rebel group, feeling betrayed, and does a lot of their dirty work. He seeks vengeance for the death of his parents, but what he doesn't know is that there is more darkness lurking within the rebels than he realises. He's a bit of a playboy, is eager to please, and has a caffeine addiction.

The art and design are nice! I'm not a big fan of the colors, especially on the hood. It's just not really the kind of design I like. However, the colors do go well together. The character has a design that's not too simple, but it's still easy to draw, which I appreciate. I love rebel characters, so that's a big plus for me!

7/10 Human characters are usually a low point for me, but somehow I found myself kind ofHal liking this design. While there's nothing really that makes her stand out, I think the freckles are adorable and the color choice of the eyes match up very well with her light purple hair. The blue and black outfit of hers is a bit too simple though in my opinion and the only thing that gives them any kind of luster is the black butterfly outline.

Overall, there's nothing really much else I could comment about her. I personally would prefer the shoes to be a different color, like maybe a similar black to match with the pants since they're the only pink color on the design, but that's just my opinion. As for anything else, I would really love to learn about her. Backstories, or at least a little bit of info can add a lot to a character other then just looks. But if you're happy with how they are, I'm glad!

Hali? By raila1

Hali is a young, spirited gryphon with an adventurous spirit. She spends most of her time flying around and exploring new places, especially high mountains or vast oceans. Born with a strong affinity for water magic, Hali was given a shell necklace as a gift that would help with keeping the power in check, but even then it still shows signs of it's intense power by either leaking out or fixating itself as a physical part of her.
Having naturally water-proof feathers, Hali can swim just as well as any fish. She fears deep water though and refuses to go near it, except in extreme circumstances.

i really like griffins! theyre one of my favorite types of mythical creatures in the world, so he already really appeals to my soft spot. i also really enjoy orange/blue color schemes-- i think the ratio used here is well done, and the markings are really nice! my biggest qualm with this design is how different the types of blue there are-- i feel like the icy blues of the underbelly and body clash with the more oceanic blue of the dark markings, and really take away from the design i think the stripes on the tail are a bit out of place (they're blocky when the other markings are very flowy), but other than that this is a really cute oc!

how about vera? she is a shapeshifter who is rather stoic but headstrong
her alternate forms include a caracal, cheetah and many more

8/10 ooh I love the looks of her! Also appreciate the dark colors used. They aren’t dull or too dark, which is a really good thing. I’m fond of her jewelry and different forms. I think it’s really cool how she can be drawn as several different cat species! The only issue I have with her is (in this form) the spots on the inside of her back leg. I just feel it sort of throws off the design a little bit? It’s almost too much spots with that there? Because I noticed none of the other green parts have spots. Either way,, a really cute design!

oh wow i love that color palette a lot, its hard to make purple look great but you did it!! i LOVE rosettes so those spots are <3 the earrings are also such a lovely addition to me, overall just a lovely character!!! she is gorgeous. her personality also matches her design very well, looks like a very stubborn gal! i love the shapeshifter aspect, really adds a lot of diversity to her design.

holliday? she's a savannah cat and very, VERY dramatic! she likes to be the center of attention and, well, why wouldn't she be? in her opinion, she's just too cute not to have the attention on her. art and design by me :>
