Shelter Pups

Rules
-You need to start with a founder and level up to obtain more. All pups must be kept in a thread or a cs-friendly website!
-You can own as many as you want, but once you reach the level limit, you must level up to obtain more. Each level up will give you two extra slots!
-No harassment or harsh words of any kind!
-No trading of the founders, for they will be custom-made!
-No stealing other people's pups!
Designs
-Designs will be naturally colored and patterned, unless otherwise stated. This will mainly include holiday events and big numbers (100, 200, etc.)
Founders
-To get your founder, you must fill out the founder form below
-Forms will be claimed by an artist
-Once the founder is made, you must post your home thread on the drawing to claim it. You must also then name and give the pup a gender
-You may only have ONE founder
-Form must be completed when posted
-For you founder, you may request a certain design by posting a reference picture with your form
