Exactly. I'm almost always online, except for school hours, and the instant I get off, everyone else gets online and posts. >O

Oh how I hate this. ;_; When I manage to get online, nobody else does. When I'm offline I come back to find a million posts waiting for me, and that I have no idea what's going on anymore.

I used to turn myself into a vampire waiting for people to come online and post... Then realized that in Semi-Lit roleplays you don't usually get lost in a bunch of pages. I mean, you are occasionally stuck with a wall of text, but if you're staying up to the wee hours of the morning anyway it is fun to have something to read C:

What really makes me annoyed is that one really really awesome roleplayer who is rarely online ;A; I know I fangirl over a lot of people and its really weird, but.... Gah!
If awesome people not being online enough is horrible, then having that one roleplayer who makes a plot twist or an argument and then leaves for a few days is extra annoying <3

Meh,I'm so unhappy :-: So I joined this cool new roleplay.Two hours later,another person joins.Now my character is a boy,and theirs is a girl...But why did they have to make them so similar D: Because,now their character has the same disorder as my charrie.Is the same age is my charrie.Has a past almost exactly like my character's....Grr.Why!?Why must you do that.Not to mention it's a semi-lit roleplay and I looked at their posts,not semi-lit in the least.It was nice to get all that out,but I must go back to my depression corner.

That's like stealing historys...The owner of this thread MADE me write out a history, and you have to turn around (right after i've joined and made a char) and make the same background >.<;

How many non-dramatic historys do you see? LoL, I atleast mock the history by typing out a very mundane growth. Occasionally i'll throw in some wacky crap, but eh.

Someone I'm roleplaying with asked for a recap for the roleplay we're in. It would be okay usually, but we're on page 4 and there have only been four real posts since they posted last... On page three. Give me a break.

EDIT: o3o I went and found that older male/younger female roleplay and I pretty much cried when I saw how much everyone had written for their personalities/histories. I couldn't make a post as long as those if the character was me. I'm jealous. Oh so very jealous. Ah well. I will just have to stalk it and maybe someday if I feel I can half compare to the others I will join. 8D You people write beautifully so it will be a treat.

I would normally expect to find this kind of character in a high-school RP, not a more mature RP.
I can deal with the choppy sentences and the scene girl character, but it just doesn't fit in this roleplay.
I always think you should tweak your characters to fit better into what you're playing in, but if you don't want to do that, don't put them in the RP. It just seems awkward, otherwise. Like you're trying to jam a square block into a circle hole.
Also, no character falls in love quickly, you fall in lust quickly, you fall in infatuation quickly, but not love, never love.
