personality; Leila is a very opinionated, stubborn, and dominant she-wolf. Just because she has no desire to be in a pack, or to lead others, doesn't mean she's submissive. She is a fierce, independent she-wolf who values her freedom. Despite this, Leila is one of the kindest girls you will ever meet. Within that hard outer shell, she's just a big softy. Her compassion knows no bounds and she always goes out of her way to help those in need. Leila is a bit of an oddball at times. She is actually quite goofy, playful, and outgoing and enjoys living her life to the fullest. She is a very inquisitive girl who loves to learn how the world works and gets ridiculously excited when she finally figures out an issue that's been stumping her. She is insanely loyal and protective of her friends, but definitely has some trust issues when it comes to getting close to others. Above all, she hates the idea of being controlled and dominated and tries to stand her ground whenever possible.


history; Growing up, Leila was always a bit of an oddball. She was born in Pine Hollow to Juliette and Theodore Vanguard. Her parents owned a local veterinary practice and cared for most of the family pets and livestock owned by the towns occupants, as well as spent their free time taking care of some of the local strays. Leila was the last born in a set of triplets, alongside her sisters Emerson and Kinsley. All three girls were fairly identical, with minor things setting them apart. Leila's biggest difference from her sisters was her height. She was always far smaller than her sisters were, and that was only one of the things that set her apart. While Emerson and Kinsley grew up to be mini fashionistas, always concerned about their looks, their social media followings, and having a large pool of friends, Leila was always a bit of a loner. She was your typical outcast, hanging out with the more rebellious kids, getting into trouble from time to time, and just moving to her own beat in general. Eventually graduating high school, Emerson and Kinsley left for the big city, while Leila chose to help out at the family business and become a practicing vet. Those plans would never reach fruition, as the fever struck her and left her as a creature she thought to only be a myth.

history. Clarisse never quite understood her family's dedication to the town of Pine Hollow and it seemed all
of her dreams and ambitions lay outside of its borders. She left the small town as soon as she could and
despite her lack of fondness for the Erie place she always returned to visit her family as often as she was able.
Her mid-twenties were full of the mundane job hunting that came after her schooling and her life was good.
But, as is the unfortunate truth in most situations, the good in life rarely lasts. If she had to pin point the
moments where it all began to go wrong it started with a quite hike in the woods where she encountered
something she can't even begin to describe. When she first saw them they were beautiful like no other person
she'd ever seen, and in a flash of red Clair was in the dirt and starting to die. She can't remember how she got
away but when she came to it was in a hospital surrounded by a swarm of concerned people. After a few days
in recovery she was released and decided to go home for the colder months to spend time with her family and
forget about what she saw. Until the fateful night where her life truly came to a close, quite literally. She can
remember flashes it was cold, there was ice on the road, the lights of another car, a scream, and then nothing.
It was only later when she was clawing her way out of the earth with a burning sensation in her throat and
turning to see a gravestone with her name staring back at her that she realized. She was dead, and now she
wasn't as dead. But more importantly she was hungry and it was like she feel how helpless her new prey was.
