Do you guys think this is fair? I know that, in terms of rarity, I'm sure I'm overpaying, but I'm more interested in the demand. (I'm the side with the rats and Cinnabun.) Thank you in advance!

The liontails = 2 nons <3 nons max>
The Cinnabun = 1-2 nons
The OMGSR Rats = sorb to a non (but it depends on who you trade with because rats have terrible demand)

It takes a bit to get back to these sort of trades because some people arent great with bulk(: patience is key!
I would say it was unfair to them

Unfair to you. Even if you value each item at a very common from this year your side would equal a little over 3 2018 rares. Also I'd say that the candycorn are worth about an uncommon from 2019 as they're a bit like animal eggs from Easter.

Adding to this
Your side is worth the 3 month rule ( = september, october, or November rare)
While their 09 is from june ( = march, april, or may rare)
Agreed it is unfair to them by date
