The characters choose themselves where they go. I’d recommend the Sanctuary if you want her to have wandered off alone for a bit.

I’m not sure about the emails but there are three main possibilities:
1. Your email has started blocking CS messages as spam (check spam folder)
2. Your notifications for your device have turned off (check for a moon symbol)
3. Just a misclick - you pressed “unsubscribe” by accident at some point (check bottom of the offending page)

If it continues having errors after checking these things, let me know and I’ll investigate after my class!
