[Sijach~Shadowstorm]

((I have returned! Sorry, dance show at my school.))

Alhar looked over at Sae and smile, he hoped his touch wasn't to cold. He wrapped an arm gently around her, some how to cold inside him seemed... to recead. He wish he knew what was wrong, he wanted to be able to tell her that and away out of here but it was too true that he didn't. He took a deep breath and shook his head "I don't know, I can sense dark magic here but that's it." he said, he told her the truth, it wouldn't do any help to lie. He closed his eyes for a moment, he wished he could have done something to keep them out of here, or to get them out now. All he knew at the moment was; if they tried to hurt Sae they would get to see their own heads rolling on the floor. Alhar looked to Sae again, he whispered quietly in her ear "I won't let them hurt you." his vouce was sarcastic, didn't even have a note of joking in it if anything he sounded sad or... solum would be the right word.

((Oh ya... and yes Dragon Age is awesome!!!!!))

He gasped slightly as the warm feeling engulfed his neck. The light magic chased off some of the darkness from his wound but he could still feel it swirling inside of him. He opened his eyes and noticed that the light didn't make his head pound as much but he still felt a little dizzy. He looked towards Ash and was startled by how close she was. His breath was swept from his lungs when her lips touched his. He returned the kiss, feeling the darkness recede from him.

After a few moments of bliss, he broke the kiss and looked away. A blush spread across his cheeks and he struggled to catch his breath again. He could tell the darkness was mostly gone, but some of it was still pulsing through his body. He hoped it wouldn't do anything, and just stay a cold spot in his chest. He looked up at Ash, blushing slightly. "Th-Thanks..for helping me." He mumbled, embarrassed.

Sae grinned slightly when she realized he wasn't about to pull away. He even wrapped his arm about her, warming up the space between them even more. She nodded slightly, also sensing the dark magic that swirled in the air. The former assassin could tell that he blamed himself for not being able to keep this from happening. It wasn't his fault, if he would have attacked, they would have killed Anamerak and Ash.

She opened her mouth to reassure him that it wasn't his fault but stopped when she felt him get closer. She shivered as he whispered that he would protect her, unused to the closeness. She looked up at him, her eyes a little wide. She could protect herself but it was...nice to know that someone actually cared enough to watch out for her. She pressed her face into his chest. "I won't let them hurt you, either." She murmured with just as much surity in her own voice.

Ash blushed a bit before looking away from him, trying to hide it. "Yea... You're welcome..." she murmured softly, blushing even brighter at how she stammered it out. She finally turned her gaze back to meet his, her gray eyes looking deep into his green ones. "Are you feeling better now...?" she asked softly, trying to get bother her breathe back and her voice to stop shaking like it was.

A true smile came onto Alhar's face, no one had been this close to him in three years. He kept her close, not wanting to let go. He could feel the warm glow of the amulet as it faded, and he prayed silently that Sae didn't notice. Sae shouldn't have to hear that story right now or really any time soon. "Thank you." he answered quietly, no one had ever thought he need protection but he had always needed someone to watch his back. Her warmth continued to chase of the spreads of cold, he was feeling like himself again... no some how he felt much better.

The human slowly stood, unlocked his stiff muscles. He walked over to Leeandra. The little girl was still sitting on the ground after healing the elf. He sat next to the girl and looked over at the paladin. He seemed familiar but he couldn't really tell where he had seen him. "Errm. Sorry to disrupt something, but maybe we should try to find a way out." Ike said, his voice calm and assured. He wasn't too worried and he still had his sword.

Alhar looked up, caught off gaurd by the voice. It was the boy from the vampires house, Alhar couldn't help but feel angry at himself for letting those two get caught as well. He looked back down to Sae, and gently began to move "Umm... yes, maybe we should." Alhar looked about him, he hadn't the slightest clue where they were, for all he knew they could be at the bottom of the sea or thousands of feet under the earth. He waited, hoping the boy had something. As Alhar had said before; he wasn't a leader or he just didn't want to try.
