I got some myos/Items from the shop when it was open so I got some new faces
I got these four; They're the kiddos of
Wendrake and
Day/Dawn/Dusk; Though they are out of character kids and not related to their parents stories.
I instead chose to involve them in the same storyline as
Dusan; Existant within a world where the star (Sun stand-in) of their alien planet has burned out and to try to create energy/keep life on the planet they are forced to capture souls and use them as raw power to power their machines.
The siblings grew up in a renegade "Outlaw" town (referring to towns outside the main Centre City, trying in vain to survive against extremely harsh environments in retaliation to the morally compromised alternative of 'soul power') Unfortunately, their town eventually fell as their power faded and refugees were forced to flee to the capital or face death at the hands of a dying world.
I decided to use the four to kind of explore moral stances on it; so each have different views;
Brink is the oldest of the siblings; Temperamental and easily agitated, he tends to get very over-defensive (especially about his family) or if he is questioned. He generally is a good person at his heart, but has the bad habit of lashing out and being slow to trust. He can't stand being wrong. He is very passionate and outspoken, but his mouth can get him into trouble. He believes strongly that souls being used to keep others alive is a reasonable sacrifice, and will fight tooth and nail to defend this in order to defend his siblings. His biggest defense of this is his insistence that those who are dead- would want their family and life to continue (if they had a say in it anyway).

Deamonne is second oldest, just behind Brink. He is cold, apathetic, and generally regarded as heartless by those who meet him. He's selfish and is self-serving above all else, and has little care for others or their troubles unless they directly impact him in some way. The only one he seems to have a connection to is his siblings, but even that is wishy-washy at best. He's indifferent to the larger internal political struggles of the city, he just sort of revels in the chaos that comes with the disagreements. If anything, the rebellion is simply entertaining. He's got a bit of an immortal complex and doesn't really care if something happens to the city. "We lived without it before. We'll live without it again".

Emylyna is the second youngest (middle child) and the only sister of the group. She is the most friendly/outgoing and personable of the lot, and generally wouldn't harm a fly in even the worst of circumstances; but really its not her you need to worry about- her brothers are all quite overprotective of her since she seems to be the glue that keeps them together and makes them feel like a real family. She adores exploring, and is entirely obsessed with puzzle boxes. She is by far the most sympathetic of her siblings, wants to save souls from their fates and tries her best to help the rebels under the radar of her brothers. She believes that there has to be another way.

Ouin is the youngest sibling. Extremely lawful, he is obsessed with justice and doing 'the right thing' in most situations. He does his best to control and manage his elder brothers' tempers and lack of regulation, and counteract their damage by being as heroic and helpful as he could. He ends up being strict and rather over-the-top in his efforts to make rules for every situation. He is the most conflicted on the use of souls to power the city, as that doesn't seem to have a right answer to him. Because of it, he becomes visibly distressed when considering it and tries his best to turn a blind eye because he simply doesnt know what is right and that drives him mad.

I also started a new section of my kals/new canon storyline involving a bunch of kals aboard a cruise ship, the Lovely Horizon; I have some ideas for the future and blending with some of my other stories (but thats tbdeveloped)
Mars is a happy go lucky girl who absolutely loves the sea more than anything else in the world. She loves people, and moreover- loves helping people, and as such became a lifeguard so she could dedicate her life to teaching kids to swim and helping people enjoy their time at the sea. Eventually she ended up signing on with the Lovely Horizon as a lifeguard to help keep an eye on passengers and assist anyone who might get nosy overboard. She has a little cabin on the ship decorated with all of the things she's collected on her travels around the world aboard the ship, from postcards to trinkets to seashells, and she'll gladly and excitedly talk to anyone about all the stories she's heard and people she's met. She's got a great energy to be around and most find her wonder at the world refreshing.
She has a crush on Tandem

Nobel "N" is a psychologist and scientist travelling the world; convinced (perhaps overreaching-ly) that the secret to peace across the world lies in understanding subtle cues and social gestures/interactions between others. He's an expert at reading body language and vocal cues- and can probably tell you what's on your mind before you've even realized it. Though he is surely a dreamer and generally a positive influence on others, his severe case of tunnel-vision and dreaming of things far beyond what is reasonable for reality often brings him into trouble and results in his being manipulated by others.

Duchess Duchess is the stuck up (And often bratty) daughter of a wealthy baking company's owner. She happily feeds herself on her father's treats and is a magnificent baker herself despite her age. She is immature, often selfish, and quite full of herself. Though she is generally kind and means well, she sometimes has problems seeing beyond her own desires. She loves music, and napping, and generally hates doing actual work that isn't baking. She doesn't care for hard labor of any sort and will often talk her father into paying to have things done for her so she doesn't have to. She's very insecure about her weight but doesn't actually have the motivation or work ethic to do anything about it. She's not plump-its just baby weight! She swears! When she gets taller it'll go away! Leave her alone!

Tandem works aboard the lovely horizon with Mars, though it wasn't really her love of the sea that brought her there. She originally took a job as a hostess as an opportunity to get away from a rough home life and support herself (since it came with room and board, along with a modest paycheck), but soon found she loved the life at sea and working with people from all over the world. She comes across as sweet and gentle, and can wear a polite and earnest persona with ease. She's good with people and generally wins over her crowd with vigor. However, that's not to say she doesn't have a spark to her- if provoked she'll bite back with surprising snap. She has a rather thick southern accent and uses a lot of "Hun", "Sugar" and "Sweetie-pie"'s when talking to customers. She can somewhat withhold it if necessary but its going to come out if she gets emotionally charged in any way anyways.

Xenzul was, at one point, a shaman in training, Xensul never was good at that sort of thing. Rather than speaking to the elements, she sought more frequently for things that speak back more loudly. Drawn to demons- and controlling that which could not be controlled, Xensul resolved to bend their will to her own devices and in order to help her people. Growing up, she was always rather poor at fighting. she couldn't hold a blade or speak to nature in the same way as her peers, She didn't suit a life of being front and center in battle. She suited twisted magics and found her favor among the warlock circles, at first perhaps a bad habit and guilty pleasure, but one that soon took up much of her life as she gave service to her people in the most underhanded ways. Xensul is apathetic, cold, and though she does seek the best for her people and those innocent, she isn't afraid to hurt others in her way to achieve it. She's a hero of some sort, but really couldn't care less what you thought of her or whether others celebrate or fear her.

Regard Exists within the same world as Dusan (and the siblings above) and acts as the main "Antagonist" of it. The Governor of the capital, he is the one who made the decision to use souls as energy and the one constantly crushing the efforts of the rebellion against him. He is calculated, Charismatic, and above all else- a liar. He does care about his city and citizens (arguably, because without them he'd be just as doomed too) but his own desires to abuse soul-power for his own gain have twisted his motives into having far more cruel undertones. He earned this place of power through shady means and doesnt stand for the thouht of losing it in any way. He eventually will probably take on Deamonne as a potential 'apprentice'

Sxndioe was inspired by kingdom hearts (no specific character, just the aesthetic itself); Im not sure on his story yet because im debating if I want to have it inspired by the games at all or just leave it as a 'looks like' with no connection whatsoever to the story/world. I have ideas for canon, so maybe ill put him in the canon world with some aus? Im really not sure yet; eitherway I know he's kind of a dumb, but big hearted fool.

Dean is another crew member aboard the Lovely Horizon. He's the master of celebration, party planner, and overall sociable showman who- if hes going to do something, hes going to overdo something, every time guaranteed. Despite how positive and open he seems, he does have a dark past he's running from...out on the open sea is a good place to run. He and Prism have a flirty thing going on, but arent dating yet.

Prism is the last (current) crew member of the Lovely Horizon, He is a wild magician; an entertainer at heart, he's loud- he's proud, and he loves nothing more than wow-ing the crowds with his magical prowess. Sure, they're just party tricks, but if you stop trying to find out how they work he'll tell you they're much more amazing that way. He especially loves performing for kids- they don't ask so many questions and just love the wonder that comes with watching a magical show. He also likes appointing "Junior Magicians" for the current cruise passengers that he teaches some of his tricks to. The looks on their faces make it all worthwhile. He tends to be kind of unpredictable and no matter what you 'guess' he'll do you're probably wrong. It's like the dude goes out of his way to do the least practical options in every situation. It's not dumb if it works, right?
He has a crush on Dean but won't admit it

Annnnd lastly my newest baby;
Currently Unnamed; This kid is the son of Antoine and her partner Nazar; His father is a radio host, and he loves helping him with his show! We have some ideas for him and his sibling but have to narrow down which idea goes to which one.
