♕ Powers: Telekinesis: "Telekinesis" is an umbrella term for any ability that involves using the mind to influence/manipulate/move matter/objects. Quinn tends to us his powers for a bit of fun. For example shifting an arrow so that it flies straight and true instead of missing a target.

Levitation: To lift an object, e.g. raising a pitcher several inches into the air.
Orbital Field: To make objects and possibly energy orbit around the user.
Telekinetic Choking: To choke or strangle others without physical contact.
Telekinetic Grip: To grasp an object firmly in place, e.g. keeping the tides from washing a friend away.
Telekinetic Maneuver: To alter an object's directional course, e.g. changing what number a dice lands on or deflect an opponent attack.

♕ Weakness: He isn't physically very strong and so if someone where to get close to him he would be fairly easy to overthrow. Basically he is a squishy mortal
♕ Personality: It is shown that Quinn's major thing is his charisma, being able to easily charm most people around him thanks to his looks and being friendly in general. He is a bright cheerful easy-going young man. He will approach everything with the confidence born of amazing talent and incredible training. Yet he manages to never seem pretentious in the slightest, always caring for others and being genuinely attentive. He also always has some light banter ready for combat. Although he's not a motormouth, he usually seems very relaxed when in the midst of battle. However, what makes him tick is a deep, burning desire to make the world a better, safer place where justice actually exists. He has a very strong "nobody dies on my watch" code. His courage is amazing, he has faced so much danger and monstrous opponents straight from a nightmare since his childhood that he seems to be fearless and takes physical pain in stride without much of a shock. To him it's a mere part of his job, and he can actually defy physical or mental torture with a smile. Even when badly hurt, he'll sill act in a stalwart and generous way, saving innocents and bearing little grudge. He is a cunning strategist and is particularly skilled at mind games to throw his opponents off. He is not above using dirty tactics, though he does so out of true care for his allies as he would rather his allies be alive through shady ploys than dead by sticking to a higher sense of morals. Aside from the usual casualties of war, his schemes mainly focus on incapacitation as he does not relish in killing unless absolutely necessary.

Power: Future sight (only through physical contact, sees many different outcomes of an event) empath, though it doesn't exactly help her much. More of a curse than anything to hear the dead whispering in your ear and thoughts everywhere.
District trait: Forell
Appearance: 5'2, milky skin, murky baby blue eyes, long pale pink hair kept up in messy haphazard buns that she manages to make on her own. Cassiopeia is oddly thin, almost to an unsettling degree.
Personality: Quiet for the most part, but can have sporadic and terrified outbursts occasionally. She carries an unearthly ancient presence despite being so young. Cassiopeia always seems to have a weight on her shoulders, and for good reason. She's constantly worrying about others, though it's impossible to tell unless she's having an outburst as she an uncanny and excellent ability to disguise her emotions behind blank expressions and soft speech. She tends not to tell others everything she knows, for fear that they will do something reckless (though this has bit back at her, and those she warns several times).

naevys has always been serious. he was never one to
look for fun and decided to remain reserved instead. he
was always the one who did chores while everyone else
was out having fun. however, naevys hates being left
alone and prefers quiet company over none at all. he is
highly intelligent and strategic and puts it to good use.
while he falls right between timid and outgoing, he is
quick with arguments and comebacks and won't hesitate
to say what's on his mind, no matter how much he'll regret
his words after the rush of the moment is over. although
he doesn't smile often, don't get him wrong. he's not
sad or anything. he's just stoic, but you can usually tell
how he's feeling by his body language.

physical appearance: naevys has light brown hair and golden brown eyes. he has a bit of a triangular face shape and a
pale complexion. his hair is styled as a bit of an overgrown pixie cut and falls just short of his eyes. he stands at 6'0"

strengths: excellent aim, highly intelligent. stamina is above average. Other physical capabilities aside from speed
are average for the most part
weaknesses: torn ligaments in his right knee and ankle from when he was a child. they never healed properly, and
thus hinders naevys' mobility. he can't move from place to place quickly and can't run at all.

history: naevys luxen xyrcan was born in the safety of the headquarters to aurora and aphaeleon xyrcan. since the
very beginning, his mother and father darted in and out of his life, never staying for more than a minute to say i love
you. aurora and aphaeleon cared deeply about the rebellion and seemed to only bear children for the reason of providing
the uprising with more rebels. of course, this was never confirmed by his parents, but naevys could only deduce such a
thing from the way they looked at his two older brothers, and him when he was eight years old, right after he sustained
his leg injury. ryker xyrcan is two years older than naevys, but his eyesight began to worsen over time. by the time he
was fourteen, ryker was almost completely blind. he relies on his other senses and now works in the nutrition ward
with evren. evren xyrcan is a year older than naevys. out of the five xyrcan children, he's the most neglected by his
parents due to his adhd, but he doesn't mind at all, knowing that his siblings still support him. when naevys was eight
years old, he was out playing with evren and sustained his leg injury. he hid it from his parents out of fear of being
neglected like his siblings, and thus couldn't get the medical attention he needed in order for his leg to properly heal.
aurora and aphaeleon found out eventually, and the result is a burden naevys would have to bear for the rest of his
life. his parents never gave him a proper reaction to his injury, but nine months later, andromeda xyrcan was born.

because andromeda was also born in the safety of the headquarters, his powers have also developed. andromeda
has the power of audiokinesis, and the newest addition to the family, sybil, is able to manipulate light.
