usually 2 to 3 weeks, but sometimes it takes more. there isn't a set date to when the rarities show up.

Chances are good well get the rarities for the October and Halloween pets later this month.^^
They usually are updated pretty quickly after major events end. I'd give it a week or two as my personal guess.
