PPS stands for Peter Pan Syndrome which means it will never grow. It is already fully grown.

When you click the banner that randomly appears at the bottom of the pages and gives you tokens to trade in the event there is a small random chance that you get one of the 'banner pets' instead. These pets can not be bought from the halloween adopt page, they are only found in the banners.

If you're talking about the glowing pups from the first day, yes there are only 4 outcomes: the PPS newborn, the red dog, the yellow dog and the blue PPS. c:

Whats the deal with those banner pets?? People are selling and auctioning them like they're incredibly valuable, are they really that rare or valuable? Are they worth more than the other halloween pets? I don't get the hype and my first question about them wasn't answered

they just have extremely high demand at the moment, after the rarities are released for the event (and sometimes even sooner) the demand decreases exponentially. in reality, they're a bit more valuable compared to the pets you get for trading in tokens, but typically never by how much it's going for during the event.

tl;dr they aren't really that rare or valuable, just a little bit more than the other halloween pets.
