A few people asked about drop rates. Did they change? I feel like I could of refreshed/clicked around 20 or 15 times and gotten something, now it's much higher number than that

The chances to find a banner most likely didn't change. It sometimes takes longer to find a banner than other times.

ah. I have an Ipad that I will take to bed with me, so during these events, if i wake up for whatever reason(such as use of bathroom) I can click around. at 3 or 2:30 AM est I gave up and went back to sleep, as eairler and yesterday it did not take so long

Ok i just got a banner clicked on it and it gave me this answer
You've found a hidden prize too recently, you need to wait at least 20 minutes before you can get a prize again .it gave me a token when it said this as well last time i clicked one was way over a hr ago before this one

this message pops up when a user tries to claim a banner more than once. for instance, clicking a banner, clicking off the page, and clicking the back arrow. the banner will appear to be there, but since the release was already claimed, it's not going to allow it a second time.

More likely, your sister double clicked the banner. She got the token, it just didn't show.
