She catches some small rodents as she stayed at the meadow, knowing that this cat food could not be enough, even though the Skypack was a very small pack with only a few dogs. She takes a small pile before looked around for something little bigger, but likely her hunts were being scared most other prey away, maybe was her time to go elsewhere.

Although she wasn't quite convinced by her apprentice's claim, since it sounded awfully similar to past ones that turned out not to be upheld, she was satisfied enough with his current humility that she couldn't bring herself to scold him further. Instead, she waited for Blizzardstar to continue. Nightfire ensured to remain quiet, respectful, but she was already getting pins and needles. She hated sitting around like this, even if it was just for a moment.

the black and white dog was out and about searching for herbs. the clan was small, but blackrose couldn't let it get any smaller due to lack of herbs. the meadow that was at the edge of skypack's land tended to have the most herbs and the female ended up finding herself often at the meadow. blackrose's gaze caught a cream fluffy dog with a few rodents in their jaws. "hello creambloom. what are you doing in the meadow?" blackrose asked while trotting up to her packmate.

Quickleap finished digging, and got up, shaking the dirt off of his furry body. "Well," he said to himself, though quietly as to not scare off the other birds. "I suppose I should try catching something else, now..." Quickleap spent the rest of that bright, sunny afternoon trying to catch the rest of the birds, though he only managed to catch that pheasant and a small, unsatisfactory frog. Why did I even catch this? he thought to himself, eyeing the dead frog with extreme distaste. Will anyone even eat this? Nevertheless, Quickleap managed to hold both pheasant and frog in his mouth, and he began his trip back towards camp.

ivyfeather woke up from her comfy nest in the warrior's den. she sighed knowing she would have to get up and likely patrol or hunt. letting the moss slip off her, she stood up, her jaws stretching into a massive yawn. i'm ready, the white she-dog thought, her chocolate brown eyes stretching wide as she took in the scenery around her. ivyfeather went out to ask nightfire about her duties but she saw her talking to their alpha and figured she would just take a solo patrol near the windpack border

She didn't even notice Blackrose before she talked. perking her ears toward her "As you can see, hunting" she responded simply, showing the few rodents into her jaws. She looked at the medicine dog "So why are you here? Collecting herbs or just taking a walk?" she asked.

the black and white dog's ears flopped down when she heard what creambloom had said. "of course i am looking to herbs! how lazy do you think I am creambloom?" blackrose said with a huff. the medicine dog glanced around the meadow her trying to spot any really quick and easy to find herbs. the dog's eye landed on a patch of flowers that had some dandelions near the edge of the flower patch. "actually, it would be great if you could stay with me and help me find some herbs. two dogs are better than one after-all."blackrose offered creambloom.

She narrowed her eyes with a sight "well I didn't call you a lazy, having a walk is not laziness as we're not slaves who need to do something all the time" she said looking at her "I was planning to find something bigger than those rodents and I could only be in your way as I don't know anything about herbs" she said.

"i guess you are right creambloom... once you come back to camp could you ask around to see if anyone could be able to carry some herbs for me?" blackrose asked.
