Glitter not working properly on puppy

Here's what I mean:

It's shaped only for adult sitting dogs, not for puppies.

But if you look at my screenshot, its under the pps dog category. Also I vaguely remember that it used to fit on puppies. But I could be misremembering.

Edit: I just checked and it works on other pps dogs. Just not this one. So maybe its something with the lineart? I'm not sure.
