Halloween Token Outcomes??

Apparently I found a “candy corn creature”. Is it a tradable token or just an item for decoration?

    There are non-token items you can randomly receive from the event banners.
    The item you received is one of those items. It can be used as a decoration. :)

    The tokens that are tradeable are these ones:
