Is there a way I could use IbisPaint instead?? :?:

Not an official staff member so take this with a grain of salt, but I don't see an issue with using Ibis, so long as it gets the job done.

About pet coloring. these things are not allowed. You only have to color them inside the line art.

This is a test of your coloring skills only, so do not edit the lineart/shading, or create items/accessories or effects outside the lineart.

The due date is either due in exactly 25 days from today, or 25 days from when it was posted.

(I'm not a staff member, so don't take my word for full fact, but I have an idea of the base premise)

There are several set palettes to choose from. Just look at the file

The application has a timer counting down the days. There is a limit of 30 days since the applications were put up, but we are now at 25.

For this pet application, you should only recolor inside the lines, with the provided base. If you are interested in drawing extra parts and pieces like that, you should try out the item application too. c;

Any program that works is acceptable. Unfortunately if you can't use the template you won't be able to use our site line arts either though.

I meant after being accepted, what happens next? your sent a palette to work from with lines of a certain animal? I don't mean the application.

It's all up to the artist; it was just chosen for this application, because it is easier to judge if everybody uses the same colours/lineart. ^^
